Meanwhile Delpo, the last strong man standing in way of FedEx cruise control to the title, is in trouble: lost first set against his compatriot Mayer. Could be that Mayer, as his close friend is taking advantage now of knowing Delpo's weaknesses?

Or, he's a good tennis player. I think that.

Just a PSA for those in USA (and don't have Tennis Channel).

Starting tomorrow, you can watch most of the matches in old fashioned TV in ESPN channel.

Fed up 10EDT Thursday night.

Baghy withdraws citing stomach illness. Raonic will play Uncle Sam in the QF.

Maybe Baghy, being close to Greece, feared the Ides of March.

I'm going to have to bite here..what happened in Greece on the Ides of March? I sincerely hope your response doesn't include the word "Caesar"

As mrzz kindly pointed out via PM, I got me Greece and Rome confused. Greco-Roman and all. My bad.

Here's the silver lining if Roger doesn't win: we'll have a new Masters champion. In fact, of the eight quarterfinalists, only two have won a big title (Roger and Delpo), and Delpo has only the one Slam.

And there was me thinking that Roger not winning was the silver lining in and of itself. Thanks for the bonus! ;)

Just watched most of Anderson Coric, actually the third (part of) match from Coric that I have watched recently and he has improved a lot. Same defensive skills but way better on offense. Sometimes reverts to his old self, but there is surely a new dimension to his game. He even sometimes attacks the net! Off course, not that good at it but the intent is there. Not to say that he became an offensive player, but there is a huge improvement.

I agree B coric is getting better he's serve is little improved, And he's more attacking with hes baseline game, he does need to work on he's net game but overall good player.

I just watched the end of the replay. And I did watch him play Fritz yesterday. He's gotten a lot bigger, and he's really coming into his own. I'm sorry that Jesuslookslikeborg is not around, because he has been championing Coric since he was like 16.
