Predictions:

W: Djokovic
F: Nadal
S: Kei, Federer
QF: Wawrinka, Raonic, Murray, Coric

I'm not buying this Nadal in decline stuff too much. He might have lost a step to lose to Djokovic on hards now without too much challenge, but I don't think we will see early exits at a regular basis now.

Btw: this is what Federer said in a presser: “Today, I don’t feel like I have that many bad days anymore. "

Is he suffering from dementia already?

I dont understand why in 86F heat Murray and Kokkinakis wore black in their doubles match.
Nice to see my young Aussie get the experience playing with Murray, probably it would not be advisable for him to play doubles with Nick, who is just coming back from a back injury at IW

did they ?, thats not very sensible is it. maybe the urge to look mean n moody overcame the thought that wearing black in hot sunny weather is daft and borderline retarded.

It would be very interesting to see if the top seeds can make it thru to the final weekend especially Rafa and Fed.

Reminds of the old days when all the top singles' players got out there to do doubles:

Only twice has Rafa lost before the semis here.

Yes, but the last year he did. And he either rebounds starting from here on, or the downtrend will continue. Either one or the other.

It's always been a good tournament for Rafa, he's friends with the owner, likes being here. If he loses badly against a nobody it's a signal, but I don't expect it to happen. Would be equally surprised to see him win it though. More likely that he'll be straightsetted in a semi or final against a tough opponent at this point.

I do not expect Nadal to lose early to nobodies, but his QF could be challenging.

Yup, 5 times and pretty straightforward wins for Nadal besides the last one but these days Raonic is much better and so far Nadal is much well, you know..

Garcia-Lopez(23) was serving for the 1st set 5-4 against Kokkinakis, who broke back and has just consolidated his serve and leads 6-5 1st set.Garcia-Lopez will serve to force a t/breaker in the 1st set.

Let's be honest.. Since last year SW19 , Rafa has played lets than 25 matches.. It would be a remarkable if he can make it to the semi or finals. I still feel that he is about 8 to 10 matches away before he will be 80 % of the level of where he needs to be.
