Slow court...ad Nole. Haven't seen Murray yet in this tourney but it seems he is at least somewhat "back" to form after the rough 2014 season.

One more hour before this gets underway. Hope to be able to see part of it, but probably will only be able to see boom boom Milos vs the Fedster.

I hope Nole will not get distracted and win, because he simply is a better player than Muzz.

It's different playing out in the bright sunshine after doing night matches. And Murray is a much more consistent foe than the other guys he's faced all week.

He had Nole on a string that whole point... well done Andy.

I just turned over and I see 0-3 to MUZZ! Your comment makes little sense if he doesn't even have a game yet!

It was one very well played point, and worthy of a compliment. Had you seen it you would understand.

Andy needs to change his approach and/or improve his serve or these matches will continue to follow the same script.

I've been saying that for years! The way he plays, just like Nadal can be so debilitating! They have an opponent on the run, a guaranteed weak reply is coming, but they're still hanging behind the baseline; almost afraid to volley! It's so hard to watch! :cover :puzzled :s

I just came in. It doesn't even look like Murray is trying. Barely moving his feet and making mindless errors

If you've been watching him, his volleys (overall) have improved significantly the past couple of years. He's, at worst, better than adequate.

That was a completely brainless game.

Well that was a poor set.

Andy trying to attack Nole recklessly from behind the baseline on a slow hard court, its just not gonna work. His only way to win these rallies is work the point and get up on the baseline or even to the net when he gets the chance. Easier said than done against this guy, admittedly.

Maybe, but he has so many brain "farts" at the net; backing up at times to take a 1/2 volley! The drop volleys always cost him with the top players and he's standing there helpless most of the time! I'm not too thrilled about any of the players on tour when it comes to net play! Players like Isner and Raonic should be blanketing the net, but they don't; often hanging back deep hoping their opponent has a heart attack I guess! :cover :puzzled :nono

There you go Nole; get in there and put that ball away at the net!

If Becker can somehow get him into a habit of moving forward when the opportunity is there, it will prolong his career. He has quite a way to go, but he's come a long way too.
