Still amazing to me that Cilic has won a Slam but has never even sniffed a Masters title. He has never made one single Masters SF in his career. His career is the greatest example of that "One Shining Moment" that Americans are so fond of.
Why would Americans have any feelings about Cilic winning besides not having one of our own taking the USO last season? uzzled - Cilic's been a fairly talented and successful player, but like so many others, he was very unlucky to have been playing in the same era as these "Big 3" who he has little if any success with! Nole's the only one who periodically has a bad day allowing a player like Cilic, Wawrinka, and Berdych to take him out while the others haven't given him a sniff IIRC! It's an anomaly that he has a major with no inroads in past Masters, but if we look back, maybe someone has been lucky to sneak in like that! To me, winning his lone major last season pales in comparison to him taking Queens a few years ago with disqualification of Nalbandian! I don't know why; just so surreal when David all but had the cup in his hands! Idiot! :cover :nono  :dodgy:
Your ability to just steer the topic away to something completely unrelated to the current match going on is simply amazing.
