It seems that Muzz is going to break and then the match would be finished

Meanwhile, Zverev levels the match at 6-3 and then gets the early break on KA in the decider

Strange and annoying loss. Gabashvili played out of his skin so fair play to him but Murray served for the match and that should have been that.

More important tournaments to come and a deep run this week may not have been helpful in the Masters events so maybe this is a blessing in disguise, but still p***ed about staying up to 4am for that ending.

oh. that tb was unbelievable..gab was tapping into his inner rosol and going berserk. he leaps in mid air like he;s Federer and hits in/out fh winner, the final point was bizarre. epic defending.

its a good loss, not as if andy played badly. lots of tennis ahead so mr lightbulbhead can have his win.

Oh well, didn't need to lose here but whatever. Maybe it's a blessing in disguise with 2 Masters , the USO and the Davis Cup coming, he could use the extra rest. :snicker

Positive. Gotta think positive.

Go Kei!

I don't question the court assignments at all. Obviously Rusty will be out there continuing his farewell tour, Murray and Isner are no-brainers. I thought it was funny that Reeshard plays on Stadium and Dimi doesn't. I gotta think that given his new single status, he may find himself relegated to more outside courts until he starts winning again.

Now that Dimitrov is unfettered and free, I think he might surprise us during the summer tournaments. Watch out for Grigor.
I know your point of view, that Maria was a a distraction. I do not buy that. They were together since 2011, and for a while Grigor was improving and moving up.
He just hit a wall, and the problem was HIM.
I think you will be more disappointed going forward.

That post may have implied that I am a Dimitrov fan, but I assure you I am not. Never cared much for the guy. He does have potential though. And I'm not sure about the Sharapova thing. Maybe he was in a love haze when he was playing well, but we've all experienced that love haze turning into a curse just like that so maybe his decline was due to some bad stuff going on between him and his Sugar.
