Is Grigor now coachless here in Washington?

They should produce a sequel to "Sleepless in Seattle" titled "Coachless in Cincinnatti" with Grigor playing lead role, Maria playing heroine (of course only in the first half) and Fed making cameo appearance as Dad. Finally, everything ends happily when he finds his new coach on top of Empire State Building just in time for USO.

Just heard that Baghdatis has dropped out of Washington because of a groin injury he got in Atlanta.

OMG, did they have a rain delay? Kei is out there losing the 1st set with another match to follow! Do these people know how to tell time? Strange I heard Young was losing his match! He played yesterday and they're already going with 2nd round for him? So hellishly humid; guys clothes are sticking to them! "Hot" in more ways than one! ;-)

Update: Looks like the Aussies are going to have a formidable team in the futire with all this new young blood! Never heard of this Duckworth person until tonight! Over-hits a bit, but sooner or later he'll reign that in! ;-)

By the way doubles, here in Washington Murray played along Daniel Nestor and lost in R1 to Mergea & Bopanna, SF iteam in Wimbledon, team which now plays against Fish & Dimitrov.

It makes sense;)
Between former #1 and US Open champion who is seen last time live by the fans and a struggling Great-wanna-be, who would you pick?
I would have also picked Rusty on the show court

I don't question the court assignments at all. Obviously Rusty will be out there continuing his farewell tour, Murray and Isner are no-brainers. I thought it was funny that Reeshard plays on Stadium and Dimi doesn't. I gotta think that given his new single status, he may find himself relegated to more outside courts until he starts winning again.

Now that Dimitrov is unfettered and free, I think he might surprise us during the summer tournaments. Watch out for Grigor.

Muzz finally levels the match at 6-4. The 3rd set will be very interesting if he comes out passive again.

Muzz is allowing Gab to give him a hard time playing all that defense. He's 8ft behind the baseline. :cover

I know your point of view, that Maria was a a distraction. I do not buy that. They were together since 2011, and for a while Grigor was improving and moving up.
He just hit a wall, and the problem was HIM.
I think you will be more disappointed going forward.
