Great quality match from both players. But, once Nadal won the second set by breaking at 5-4, he got all the momentum and Federer's tank went empty (he did played well towards at the end of the match).

As for Federer, he looked like the old Federer in the first two sets. He was serving well and his forehand and backhand slice were terrific. Unfortunately, he ran out of fuel in the third set. Although, he did played well in the last couple of games of the match. Let's hope he does well in the US Open (which he should, by the way).

its not the Refs fault . Fed should have kept his head or his team shouldve told him to challenge, that was a team effort and l

Actually it IS the refs fault, since you know, thats what hes there for. Its not up to the players to play AND call lines

I remember writing" If Roger remembers who he is, he gets a set" ...pretty much what happened. he should be happy in the sense that he was able to raise his level. He will not be happy for the loss
