I am very sure that according to the rules of ATP/ITF, a player
is not required to admit that he touched the net when the referee did not
see it. So, what Milos did is 100% legal, but not ethical.

It seems funny to me that we debate about the ethics of
one point so much, but pay no attention to entire matches
being won in unethical manner against the "spirit of the sport".
