Rafa has a decent chance but he will have to serve a lot better. It is between him and delpo for the second favorite. If one of them ups their game, they are real contenders!

This is how I want my nadal fans, delusionally overconfident :clap . Seriously though nadal won Indian Wells, if he gets better every match no reason he cant give Novak problems. Although it goes without saying novak will crush him!

Very proud of the fellow Canuck Popsicle. I did not give him much of a chance today, but he showed up to play. Hard work paying off. This will give him a chance to enter big tournaments now without qualifying.

Oh, I hope Ralph is reading this page! He'll be fired up on Saturday. As it is, I think he's going on a tear reminiscent of 2010. Why do I think this? Because he appears to be fit, and he's due one.

And he did well. He made 8 finals (3 in Slams)...just ran into 2011 Djokovic. But the 2012-13 version isn't as intimidating or consistent. (El Dude gave us the numbers, and he's not a Rafa man.) And except for the early exit at W, he's had an excellent year since he's been back. Still the top of the points race.

Yeah he is. On hards there is only one way for Rafa to beat Nole and that is for the latter to play sloppy and/or get worn down. That forehand doesn't hurt him in the least and after that...
