I saw the first three sets but had to go to the airport after that. My internet was not good enough to have a stream running so I was following the match here , instead of some scores page. It is super fun to follow it here when people are posting and I was about to say a big thank you to everyone, but...

YOU JUST STOPPED POSTING FOR MOST OF THE SUPER TIE-BREAK! I CURSED ALL YOUR FAMILIES FOR A 100 YEARS!

After someone finally posted something meaningful at 4-8, luckily I passed by someone who I think was listening to it on the radio, as he said to himself "wow, 5 straight points!".

That was the weirdest way to follow a match, but it was fun. Now just 43 more hours and I will be home.

43 hours... bloody hell mate, who are you flying with? British Airways?

Precisely... from KL to São Paulo. 13 hours stop over in London, but I'll meet a friend for a drink or two there...
I assume the standard 10-hour wait while waiting for a take-off slot after missing the scheduled one, is part of this timetable of horrors?

38-year-old Federer again wins a marathon five set match without breaking a sweat. He could have continued playing another 100 hours. Open your eyes people. :negative:

That ain't sweat... Real sweat is observed when you zone in on a pro tennis player waiting for the release of Eufemiano Fuentes biography.

And that's not even the whole story ! Right after the match he went for a 2 hour training session and a 3 hour weightlifting session at the gym. Then he had wild sex with Mirka for 7 hours and I am pretty sure more twins are on the way. Today is his day off but he is going to help the firefighters naked ! And without water , he will just use his breath to put out the fires because you know, lung capacity. He will not sleep at all either because with that much dope in your system, how can you?

Double wow!
The Maestro really did it.
But I’m afraid it cost him too much for the ongoing tournament.

Wow.

The Pigs almost flew but crash landed.
That was close Methuselah. I know you know the game of tennis very well because you have seen many epic matches in your 60+ years of following the game.

I did not see Fed's recent match. Surprised that Milkman took him to the edge. As Milkman's threat is known, I thought Fed will come with full respect and take care of business quickly.

Anyway, anything that does not kill you makes you stronger.

With Tits losing to Milos, I don't see anyone in that quarter with the potential of stopping Novak. So, Roger must go through Novak, if he wants to win AO.
Roger can sure beat Novak (as he did last time), but I will admit that Novak will certainly be the favorite in that match. In any case, I think the winner of that
match, will lift the trophy.

Also, Roger is not out of the woods yet. Both Fucs and Fog are capabale of taking out Roger is not sharp. With Roger these days, you can never predict how he is going to play on a given day.

Roger has no chance my friend. I watched the last 2 sets and he looked hopeless.

Novak looks good. I think its between Nadal medvedev and Djokovic. Curious about some outsiders like zverev tho.

Sarcasm duly noted ( and admired) Well, I’m no spring chicken anymore and you're closer to how many years I’ve been watching the damn game then Id like to care to admit. LOL

Like GameSetMatch, I thought BECAUSE Methuselah had lost to Millman in their last Major he would be sharper than usual from the getgo and he would prevail. Just didn’t think it would take a fifth set breaker.

Either this can pump up Methuselah for the next rounds or he crashes and burns because his warp drive lacks dylithium crystals, who knows?

And where are your lovely percentages for Roger winning that SF and for winning the title against Nadal or Daniil?
Not the one from the oddsmaker , yours!
