Only a partial schedule has been released thus far. I'll update it as additional information is released.

Thanks for posting these early, Trent.

I am a bit surprised Tomic/Berdych isn't on RLA. They opted for Murray/Dimitrov instead. I'm sure both will be great matches, though.

Tomorrow is going to be a big day for the Aussies. I can't wait!

I thought Tomic/Berdych and/or Kyrgios/Seppi would be on RLA, but neither made it.

I think it is a wise decision from the scheduling officials
There will be a lot of pressure both on Tomic and Kyrgios to perform and win, they dont need the added pressure to be put on Rod Laver Arena, just my thoughts.

They probably could not decide which one to put on RLA and so decided to put both on MCA.
But, I think they made the right decision though in the end.

This is the day in which I am supposed to watch Fed play Krygios from first ball to last
ball in a relaxed manner as this being a weekend. :cry

Which guy is currently generating more excitement in Australia: Tomic or Kyrgios?

What are the odds of Kevin A pulling a soderling?

Kyrgios.

Bernard still gets some negative press and has his skeptics.

COME ON BERNARD & NICK. Huge opportunities for both of you to make the Quarters. Bring it on ;)

Probably. Come to think of it, I don't see Nadal losing before the semis.

...and beat Nadal at the French Open? Zero.

Beat him here at the Australian Open with Rafa's questionable form? Still not great, but it's possible. At this point, no match is to be taken for granted with Nadal until he shows he's back to where he was before the injuries last year (which while not necessarily vintage, was good enough to take him deep in pretty much every tournament). Anderson has a huge serve and hits big. If Nadal didn't look so fragile physically (as far as stamina goes, not injuries) in his second round match I wouldn't think Anderson has a chance in a potential 5 setter, but now who knows?

Given that Tomic is playing a seeded player and Kyrgios is playing a unseeded player,
it is probably the right call. Having said that, they could have placed both matches in MCA
if they wanted as there are only 8 singles matches being played today and 5 of them are
on RLA.

I can finally watch Nadal play because I don't have work and he has an afternoon match.

I'm curious to see how Nadal plays against Anderson. I did say that before the tournament that this could be a tricky match-up because Anderson has a big serve and hits big ground strokes. In addition, Nadal's form has been questionable especially after his 2nd round match.

I still think Nadal will win this match but I'm curious to see on how he plays against Anderson.

The Kyrgios-Seppi match should be an interesting match. Kyrgios has the big serve and crowd behind. However, Seppi has the steady and veteran presence. For me, it will be interesting if Seppi can slow down the pace. If he can slow down the pace, then he could definitely win this match. As for Kyrgios, let's hope his back doesn't flare up.

Finally, the Murray-Dimitrov match should be a good one. Although Murray is playing well and Dimitrov's form has been average, I think anything can happen. I pick Murray in 4 tight sets.

Nick's back has started to trouble him again, last match he had the trainer out and said it was 'tightening up again' he needs to win in straight sets I feel.If Seppi as you said can slow the pace down, doing a Tommy Robredo, adding slice,I give Seppi a good chance, also I would be delighted seeing he is a Italian...;)

I am also going with Murray,he has been under the radar, playing solid tennis.I cannot warm to Dimitrov at all, though I see potential in him as a player.

I feel we will have a better idea where Rafa's form is in ways when he plays Anderson.I am going out for lunch,I will miss the match live, maybe a good thing, watch the match later,
