I am happy to see Kei hot his revenge over Jo he was looking for after that tough loss at RG.
He basically slaughtered Jo today!

Nice to be up watching this with you guys. :)

Yeah! I have been so busy with work and life. It's great to see a grand slam match and chat with some of my favorite posters :) Not to get sentimental, haha.

Seems like maybe it's time for a little game of Simon says. Simon says recover all 3 break points and hold serve.

Simon's BH DTL is unreal. It was that shot he was crushing Nadal with at Rome 2014. Big hold there. Glad to see he hasn't checked out already.

From 0-40 to Ad Simon...

Nole has 25 ufes.

Big number alright considering how few games they've played but credit to Simon and his cunning plan for creating a large portion of those. He's driving Novak insane! Probably needs a stiff drink to calm his nerves.

It is funny, the commenters are talking about Nole as if he is losing. Admittedly, this is the most dramatic match Novak has had in some time.

The differential is -4 for Novak, but -14 for Simon.

Yeah, I haven't seen him this rattled since against Haas at Miami 2013.

Simon holds at love with another offensive dtl backhand.

That shot of his is a beauty. Hits it so cleanly and fast considering what a skinny little dude he is.

It's just wicked. Then when he starts doing that with his forehand dtl?? :nono

Seems Novak is righting the ship a little. Maybe Gilles is a little gassed?
