S. Robert could not make it to 1st week. But, has made it to second week now.

What an irony.

Federer giving a masterclass on winning the big points at the right time...a 6-2 set that seemed closer than that.

Gab Ush Veeli is odd duck. I have seen him play many times I once saw him get into a shouting match with Fernando Gonzalez at the Us Open. In Spanish!

Then I saw Michael Llorda yell at him for questioning calls.

He is resilient however...on and off the challenger tour.
I don't like him..everytime he loses a point he is flouncing about and huffing like some sort of dreary :chillout: drama queen.
He is weird. He has all these weird ticks when you seem him play live.

One loose game from Milos and just like that, Grigor gets the first. It looked like Milos was looking more likely to break, but got broken to love.

Go Gregorova.

yay another 6-2 set 1hr 12mins in..iwhatever happens in this tourney I think federers move to a massive wand is a good move..bit more power, fewer shanks on bh.

if fed wins I think he is on 929 wins. level 3rd on open era list with vilas.

Raonic-Dimitrov should be a battle, if they're both conscious of the opportunity. If it doesn't go 5, I'm going to lose faith in somebody's ambition.

Yeah, looks like a good move, but the next round will be the one that gives a clearer indication of where he's at.

Nice work by Fed. Sounds like he's feeling physically good and more than happy with the racquet after listening to the interview with Jim Courier.

As luck would have it, I was on holiday back in the UK. Maybe next year if he comes back.

Best in the world. No over the top excitement when unnecessary, mixture of insight and dry humor, and most importantly, level-headedness without any bandwagoning or knee jerk reactions. Really good mixture of tactical analysis AND technical analysis, which is a very difficult combination. Many analysts excel at one but not the other.

I still enjoy Wilander but he at times makes me shake my head. I've never had that with Frew.
