The draw was a joke just like A018 the player ranking was 43# Federer played.Daddy waxed that azz good. Great performance from him. Onto Indian Wells.

The draw wasn't a joke, at all. It was a competitive field. It's not Roger's fault that some of the contenders fell out. But a final v. Dimitrov was seeds holding. I'm interested to hear why Grigor didn't hold his own (I didn't see the match,) but don't blame Roger, or the draw. That's very puny fanish-ness.The draw was a joke just like A018 the player ranking was 43# Federer played.
"Pretty?" Because of two 1-handers? Looked like a snooze from the score line and your report that Grigor was injured. It was over in 55 minutes. How pretty could it have been?Dimi was injured. Maybe his right foot. It was a pretty match regardless.
Apparently, Dimi was ill since Saturday. Dimi did not say anything about it. But, the Tournament Director mentioned it. Also, Roger said he noticed that Dimi was not 100%.
Didn't Berdych withdraw will illness? Probably something like a flu going around. Too bad.Apparently, Dimi was ill since Saturday. Dimi did not say anything about it. But, the Tournament Director mentioned it. Also, Roger said he noticed that Dimi was not 100%.
Come on man do you have to, talk about that match, with Querrey,Nadal was injured and sick and the court wore to fast and not fairStill beats the hell out of Rafa's pancake draw at USO last year. And besides, it is a 500 level tournament, what do you expect? Maybe if he'd have met mighty Sam Querrey today he would've lost like Rafa did last year... alright could barely type that without laughing.

Nadal still was not 100% after A017 and the courts wore to fastHas there ever been a match Nadal lost where he wasn't sick or injured? Care to provide a source regarding his loss to Sam last year, it's the first I've heard of it.
Seems like every time we lose a rabid Rafaelite, we gain another one.Rafael Nadal has never lost a match in which he was fully healthy. He is the physical incarnation of the god of tennis.

You do know the FO is coming up? King of clay Nadal will Destroy Federer, unless Federer to Scared to play on clay like last year. I think on clay Federer is Nadal door mat.Wore too fast? So you're saying conditions weren't slow enough for your precious cripple? Nothing was ever said to be wrong with him at AO 2017. Roger's backhand held up and his mind did too in the fifth set. Now Rafa is just left to hope that Roger's backhand comes back down to Earth.
Which rabid Rafaelite did we lose?Seems like every time we lose a rabid Rafaelite, we gain another one.
I also think they do get along, but that does not mean that they are not competitive. They will continue trying to outdo each other. This is a little late, but kind of cute:

Rafa was in Holland during the tournament for a charity event, and Roger said he should come around and visit him, as he was a bit lonely without Mirka and the kids. They surely do get along better than their respective fan bases do.
