I see Roger's first match lasted a whole 46 minutes. I just saw the highlights and it t probably took him longer than that to dress and warm up than it took to play the match.

BTW - I saw an interview with Roger from Sky Sports where he said if he didn't get to #1 this week, "There's always Dubai." Which makes me wonder if he's going to play Dubai, too...

Gimelstob hinted Fed won’t play clay. If that is the case, he may play Dubai and build points on the HC. Fed was incredible today. I hope he keeps it going.

I saw that...and I still say Gimelstob doesn't know squat about Roger's intentions. Never has and never will. He's such a pretentious dumb ass.

And is a Seppi Lucky Loser in this tourney.

Didn't see the match but I saw the lowlights - I hesitate to call them highlights. If I were the Zverev camp - I'd start the hand ringing because he's not playing well and hasn't been for nearly 6 months. I can't see him defending his Rome points and if he doesn't he's going to fall to 7 or 8 in the rankings. And then have to worry about his ranking and defending another 1000 points in Toronto this summer.

No No. He basically meant that if for some reason, he can't make it to #1 in Rotterdam, he will definitely play in Dubai.

If he makes it to #1 in Rotterdam (most likely scenario), it appears that he will skip Dubai and play in both IW and M.

Clay is up in the air. He may or he may not play. Nobody knows, including Federer.

I am sure that his team is fully aware of how he is playing. But it is not them who are on court.

A Zverev is suffering from expectations. He would play better if he realized he got lucky last year by winning more than he should have, if that makes sense. He won’t be top five at the end of this year. Accept it and continue working on improving so that he does regain a top five ranking legitimately, not because he played injured players. His tantrums are starting to get old.

Location
Bengaluru, India.
Rotterdam is actually going to have fab tennis. Fed's doing his best tennis and Dimitrov or someone will be good too.

Why wasn't Dimitrov actually better?

Here comes Kohlschreber to play 800% against Fed and then revert to an absolute degenerate and choker during the rest of the season.

I love that he never won anything worth jack. He probably has this conviction that if he can contend with Federer, he is as talented as him, and he was just unlucky during his career. It's what keeps him from retiring.

Roger hit more winners than Bemelmans won points. LOL.
This is an actual stat, I am not joking, look it up.

Fed made to work in first set. But, managed to win 10-8 in TB. The second set is still on serve.

Fun match between Federer and Kohlschreiber. Haase is up next for Federer in the QF.

Tough win, but still in straight sets. Kohly had a chance to win the first set TB, but bungled it.

I expect Robin Haase match to go much smoother than this (but won't be as simple as R1 match).
