As for the coaching , they might as well put the coaches by the umpire chair to save time during change over SMH2
Or put a seat at the back of the court, where there player is, so they can get more coaching in, and the player dosent have to go over to these on court coaching boxes LOL! our game is getting more and more pathetic, though Craig Tiley CEO of Tennis Australia said they have been a big success.
Remember when tennis used to be an 'Individual Sport" back when Adam was a Boy!

Arnya's and Madison's Pressers:

Well said Madison peoples expectations if you didnt win a GS title, can mentally get to you, you finally shook that monkey off your back and mind and started playing the tennis you always wanted to play, well done and be proud of yourself Madison you deserved it!

i have a feeling that the 12-minute "Wide World of Sports" official vid i posted DOES NOT WORK outside of AU.

I seem to remember this was what happened last year.

I didn't follow the in-game odds but the only time I really started thinking Keys might pull it off was at 4-4. It felt like Rocky/Creed. She'd absorbed everything and was still standing.
Madison said she has been going to a therapist to help manage her nerves on the tennis courts and she was going to go for her shots because she didn't want to be second guessing herself afterwards a loss effort.

Ladies Doubles Match about to begin
Ladies on the court doing their warm up,
K.Siniakova/T.Townsend (1) vs S.Hsieh (3)/J.Ostapenko

Siniakova/Townsend won the toss and elected to receive
The No 1 seeds are in full control of the 1st set with a double break leading 4-1, a contrast in styles in the pairing of Hsieh/Ostapenko.
Hsieh has 'magical hands'!
Siniakova serving for the 1st set 5-2
No 1 seeds Siniakova / Townsend 1st set 62
A early break for the No 1 doubles team, they have been great on serve, also going hard and fast through Hsieh, not around her., leading 3-1 2nd set
The Wizard ( Hsieh) at the net does her magic and the No 3 seeds break back 3 all 2nd set
Townsend with a great over head and the No 1 seeds break back and they hold to lead 5-3 2nd set
Taylor Townsend will serve for the match at 5-4 and the Ladies AO Doubles title in 2025
Ostapenko saved her best tennis in that service game to break 5 games all 2nd set
The No 3 seeds hold and lead 6-5 in the 2nd set, out of nowhere they have the momentum now, No 1 seeds will serve to force a TB in the 2nd set.
6 games all 2nd set TB and the No 3 seeds Ostapenko to serve
Ostapenko and Hsieh so great at the net and they win the 2nd set 76(4) what a comeback!

Siniakova to serve first in the 3rd set,. her serve seems off today Broken, momentum swing to the No 3 seeds.
Townsend steadies her team and they get the break back

I hope Saba's back to normal! Those flailing gestures were shocking to see! It seemed more news covered her meltdown over Madison's win! :-)2
I am in the middle of the womens doubles final as usual you didnt watch the full match, , I suggest you go back and watch the match
Madison took the match and the title out of Saba's hands or maybe you were watching a different match lol!

What an awesome victory by #1 seed over probably the most unconventional doubles match up ever Hsieh/ Ostspenko ..the steady pusher/the first strike go for broke brute attitude OSTA
