QFS in Montpellier,
B.Coric v M.Cressy
A.Fils v Q.Halys I watched the replay of Fils v RBA and I feel Fils game will translate well on clay
H.Rune v G.Barrere
L.Sonego v J, Sinner I would have preferred Jannik to have a match before the QFs, anyway we shall see how he fares.

Can somebody tell me WTF has happened to Denis? He lost last night at Dallas in straight sets to WTH is your name, Wu?
Kelli, Denis happened to Denis.. he has demons inside of his head and he is just a poor version of underachieving ATP player who isnt a pure ball striker. Denis game is based on swashbuckling shot making but lacks in tennis IQ. I would bet you that Novak or Rafa if they really tried to could play a best of 3 sets against Denis, their UFEs would be less than 3-5 a set whereas Denis UFEs would be in the high teens or higher per set. Plus he is a bit of a punk as @nehmeth would say..jajajaj

Great week so far for 18yo Arthur Fils, youngest French in 19 years to reach an ATP SF he defeated Halys 76 63
Fils will play Sinner in the SF, Sinner just defeated Sonego 64 62
Man, wouldn't be nice to have a third young phenom on the horizon? Too soon to tell, obviously, but there's a glimmer of hope.

(This is not to write off old men Sinner and FAA, but they don't quite have the glamour of upside that Alcaraz and Rune have)

Jannik Sinner ends the dream run of Arthur Fils 75 62 to reach the final in Montpellier, he'll face the Rune Cressy winner in the final.

Maxime Cressy defeats Holger Rine 75 67 (3) 76 (4) he didnt face a BP, it's his 2nd career win vs a Top 10 player, he will play Sinner in the final

Wow,
Former No 1 junior Wu Yibing is the first ever Chinese to reach an ATP final, after defeating Taylor Fritz 67 (3) 75 64 to reach the title match in Dallas, he will play John Isner for the title.

Just far too erratic to really believe in. I don’t follow him at all, but I will take your word on it AP.

Jannik Sinner defeats Mazime Cressy 76 (3) 63 for the Montpellier title. His 7th career title in 8 finals., he needed a good week, he will return to the Top 15.
Fun Fact,
Sinner, aged 21, needs just 3 more trophies to tie Andriano Panatta as the Italian with the most ATP tour level titles.

In the Dallas final between J. Isner v Y.Yu 1 set all .....Isner 1st set 76(4) Yu 2nd set 76 (3)....toilet break at present going 3
Isner has hit 27 aces at 4 all in the 2nd set., make that 37 aces lol! 5 all 3rd set.
John Isner will serve to force a tb in the 3rd set, Wu leads 6-5 ( I have to leave for work, even if Wu loses, he has a great week in Dallas, he has been off the tour for around 2 years with injuries, he has a good all round game, hopefully he can stay injury free)

Coaching from the stands to be introduced at Wimbledon ( and the French Open) as the four Grand Slams unite on policy.
If Wimbledon is caving on that, then they should give in on the whites. It's hard to buy their "tradition" BS if they're not going to stand firm on no coaching. Strawberries and cream, and Pimm's Cup are window-dressing. Keep mowing that grass, but let's not pretend that everything is so sacrosanct there, if they give in on this one.

He's boring, but he's still around. I give him credit for that. Won't make me watch him, though.
Wu is very good, and John thought he will blow him off the court. The kid has a very good serve and bh.The match was unbelievably good and looking forward to seeing more of him at other events..
