And she hasn‘t demonstrated that ability.
Nope! This is why I said she needs to train with Serena and snatch some of that mentality. Miss Vanilla Latte Anisimova drove the bus over Miss Coco. Good for her

Miss Cornet is giving her all to the No 1 player Iga Swaitek, she was up a double break, though Iga got one of the beaks back now early in the 1st set

I knew it would be a hard match, though the way Coco was playing in her previous match, especially her serve, I thought she could win,
Good point. I don't what it is but she had zero confidence in her FH in the later sets. Coco didn't have a B game plan today. Just as it's unfair to compare Carlos A to Rafa, Coco is not where Serena and Venus were at this stage in terms of problem solving. She is still a young pup and as Rafa stated she will improve and win lotas of majors. It's just isn't her time until she learns how to change plans against players that knows her game.

Havent I been saying Coco needs another coach to take her to the next level, I think her parents have done a good job, I really feel she needs now a more experienced coach

Yes you have . You have been spot on.. truly she needs Serena and Venus more than a better coaching. Coco can be a Beast but she has got to learn which she does already keep grinding..She just got whipped today and she wasnt going to be Amanda today

Harmony Tan continues on her winning ways defeating Katie Boulter, who took out Pliskova yesterday, how many times have we seen that happen and the next match they lose.

Harmony Tan defeats Katie Boulter 61 61

Anisimova game is made for grass, that was a messy match but it's okay.Coco must be exhausted from reaching RG in singles and doubles then playing a tournament.I think she must be tired.

I think Coco should concentrate on singles more at present and dont play soo much doubles, I understand it is good for her singles game,

Petra Kvitova was serving for the 1st set against Badosa 5-4 and was broken? 5 all now 1st set
Petra should be able to defeat Badosa especially on grass, Petra winning Eastbourne recently
Of course I spoke too soon..Badosa wins the 1st set 75
Petra will now have to go to Petra3 to win the match, this is why in a GS getting to the business end of a GS I always have concern with Petra, she tends to be in command of a match and goes walkabout.

Let’s just hope she does learn to have a Plan B. There have certainly been countless players who never learned that lesson, although a few, such as Sharapova, wound up winning a few big events nevertheless. But yeah, Coco is still very young and has time to learn.

Cornet is giving a grass court lesson to Swiatek at present 2 BPs in the 2nd set

Well done Alize breaks Iga

A great weighted lob from Alize and she consolidates the break and leads 4-2 2nd set,
Swaitek is clearly frustrated, over playing her ground shots, especially on her fhand wing, credit to Alize so far in this match

Alize again with 2 BPs again a FH error from Iga and Cornet will serve for the match 5-2
Interesting stat for this match Cornet with 7 UFE and Iga 35

I’m very disappointed and surprised by Iga. She needs that Rafa mentality of “this isn’t over yet; I can still win it no matter how desperate the scoreboard is.”

Well, congrats to Cornet. She played a clean, assertive match.

Iga will be very disappointed, I’m sure, and rightly so.

The stats tell the tale:
