Personally i couldn't give a stuff about either of the ladies and mens finals and for the first time since 1979 (when i started watching) I won't bother to watch the two matches. KYRGIOS and DJOKOVIC would have to be the two worst ambassadors in tennis today. And Wimbledon this year has been a total embarrassment with the two Russians disallowed, which was wrong move, Federer, Zverev, Berrettini , Cilic not able to play and Ash Barty's retirement was a huge blow to the sport.

I'll see you all in the U.S. Open time. For those who going to watch, enjoy the finals.

Nick has sat down and did an interview which was just televised on our tv station here in Sydney, regarding Wimbledon
It kind of confirmed what I said in jest earlier on this post, Nick said if he won Wimbledon he might retire, as he really has nothing else to prove to himself,, nothing would be greater to win a Wimbledon title.Nick again had a go at Australian Tennis Officials, he implied they never really backed or helped him.I think that is a bit far fectched, he again mentioned Leyton Hewitt has the only person that had his back, well there was others Nick? what about Tony Roche, Todd Woodbridge, just to mention some who offered to help you over the years.I think the reason why Lleyton and Nick get on is they are very similar personalities, Hewitt had a big mouth and had on court flares up with umpires, also he was a 'in your face' player on the court.Hewitt and Nick had a falling out at the Davis Cup, Nick had always been a team player, though he was a lazy trainer and Hewitt gave him a warning, start training seriously or I will find another player, to date Nick has not represented Australia in Davis Cup. Nick has always been his own person and he said he would feel sorry for anyone that tried to coach him.

Djokovic will win in 3 sets. Nick will be nervous & I don't think he can't handle the pressure of a Wimbledon final. Djokovic is playing the world #40 in a slam final, very rarely does #1 play #40 in a GS final it's basically a freebie no way doesn't win! While Nick has played some good matches in the past, he is not experienced enough in the slams at this stage to win. Even if he takes a lead of 2 sets & a break he won't win. None of the next gen first time finalists have come close to defeating Djokovic or Nadal in a Slam final, I really don't see that changing tomorrow... I feel the match will be over hyped & the score will be something like 64 76 62

i don't think Novak has ever entered a slam final where he didn't have a win against his opponent

That's the thing and why I wouldn't go for match odds

I'll stick down 20 on Nick to grab set 1 cos it's the best bet imo for tomorrow.

If Novak can keep his cool and not hit the panic button if Kyrgios is serving lights out then he should be fine. Kyrgios is not much different from other big servers tha Novak eats for breakfast, so it all depends how well he responds on given chances.

I expect Nick to behave, because they are almost buddies now, but you never know what can happen in that teritory.

I voted Novak in 4 and expecting him to start well for a change. Kyrgios to win set 2.

This gives me a bit of worry. Hope he doesn't come out flat and plays like he doesn't care.
I think Novak cares dont get me wrong, just my observation, I might be wrong. He has a chance to get another GS title, I am certain he will be 'on' from the 1st set, though he has come out flat in the 1st set of some of his matches, he knows he cant do that in a GS final.

I think we will find out very quickly about Novak. Out of the Big 3 it’s usually very easy to tell whether he is feeling it and ready to focus, or he is going to have a hard day on court.
