He's been called "Glassikori" for a reason. I can't think of one really near-career ending injury like DelPotro, Thiem, Wawrinka, Murray, even Zverev, but it just seems never to stop with him. I do feel he has passed his sell-by date.
The glass samurai should have tried to change his training strength and stretching exercises and regimen years ago. But the truth is the little guys like him are not built to last long.

Quite frankly I do not think Kei's body was meant to play tennis

It's funny. People say that big guys aren't built to last long in tennis. I'd think smaller players, while they have some disadvantage over the taller ones, are biomechanicallly suited to tennis. And Kei isn't THAT small. He's 5'10", same as Ferrer, who was a powerhouse for his size. Maybe it was his training regimen, (Ferrer trained like a beast,) or maybe it was just bad luck.

All-Italian final set for Naples: Berrettini v. Musetti. I hope Matteo wins, but glad to see Musetti fulfilling some promise.

Korda v. FAA in Antwerp.

Brat final in Stockholm: Tsitsipas v. Rune.

Auger is almost there,Rune has a lot of promise and Tittypus is not playing good tennis these days.

Korda is a very elegant player and lets hope he will become the player he is meant to be.Auger choice in gf is his only faux pas,she seems botoxed to the max for such a young girl...I aint saying she is a golddigger.

Felix wins the title, as did Musetti, both won in straights.
Matteo has been hampered by a blister his his foot, his movement was not there for starters, though I am glad to see Musetti win, he played solid tennis all week in Naples, though the court surface, was well below par, many players complained throughout the week.

Nikoloz Basilashvili who was acquitted of domestic charges against him recently, the prosecution has now indicated its intention to appeal the acquittal.

I've just enjoyed catching up on Felix in Antwerp and Rune in Stockholm finals. Nice results - I used to live in Stockholm.

Some great matchups along the way.

I'll be tuning in for Draper v Alcaraz this evening live from Vienna though!

Will speedy Alcaraz get the better of Draper?

You were right...it turned out to be a great match.
Alcaraz tried his best to go down in flames to Draper with multiple MP's, but pulls out his 1st Rd. match in 3 sets; 7-5 in the 3rd! He was lucky!
I think he was more good than "lucky." The kid's 19. And Draper is good.

You mentioned his foot when he lost to Musetti. Hope it's nothing serious. Berrettini is having some back luck with injuries.
