Maybe that means that he is a rich millionaire who has paid to clear his name not that he didn't assault his ex wife
Actually, that's just a statement from his own lawyer, so I don't see how it clears him. By saying that no court has found him guilty, she means he hasn't been tried yet. He's out on bail. I found this article, which calls the case "ongoing," and says that he still faces the possibility of n3 years in prison.

Medvedev wins in Marseille, but, by the scores it looked to be very tight. Anyone see it? Was it a good match?

Basilashvili was formally charged with physical vioence against his ex-wife back in May 2020.He was formally charged and forced to pay bail. There is a court case looming.

Looks like he's in the clear and they have nothing and hence he's been able to play freely without stress.

"No single court has yet found Basilashvili guilty of domestic violence."

I was just about to post that ....thanks Moxie....the case is ongoing....he is out on bail as I first posted and he does face prison time.

Maybe he's guilty, but equally so maybe she's just another unscrupulous c word looking for money. Same with Zverev's scenario. Time will tell what the verdict is.

Sasha's ex girl friend never went to the police to press charges, the first I read about it was on Twitter, then Ben Rotherburg took her story up,Sasha has denied her allegations.

Instead of gossiping about Basilashvili and Zverev's personal lives that are just allegations at this point, why not talk about TENNIS STATS?

This forum is not about TMZ or tabloids but rather about TENNIS, so here it goes:

Nadal 4-0 vs Basilashvili
Federer 1-1 vs Basilashvili

Nadal 5-2 vs Zverev
Federer 3-4 vs Zverev

Nadal 9-2 total
Federer 4-5 total

Someone had to bring back the focus on tennis. You are welcome. :bye:

They've both denied them but both may be guilty or both may be innocent.

Nadal not yet 35. Federer almost 40 and after 3 knee surgeries and all those results came after the surgeries. You're welcome.

If you step on the court then there are no excuses, the results count. Unless you want to also eliminate his slam titles from 2017-2018 too? And what if he wins Wimbledon 2021, would you eliminate that result too because it came after surgery? You're welcome! :bye:

Duh genius, the results are the results obviously but you seem to have an issue with context. If it was the other way round, Federer 34 fully fit and no knee surgeries and Nadal almost 40 after 3 knee surgeries I guarantee you the stats would be the reverse of what they are. Nadal needs his movement much more than Federer to win matches. If he manages to win Wimbledon it'll be an amazing feat but he'll have built up his fitness another few months since now and I'm not eliminating any result. Dunno why you're spouting that. I'm giving you the damn context of the loss. It's not rocket science.

Again you know nothing about tennis. Unlike Federer who has been playing the same way since the start of his career Nadal actually evolves with this game year after year and always looks to improve. He compensates the fact that he’s getting slower with new game strategies, new weapons, new improvements. Nadal is incomparable.

Sure, I know nothing about tennis. That's why I've made a small fortune betting on tennis in the past but, ok, you know everything and I know nothing apparently. You've proven to everyone here just how fucking stupid you are with your post above. Federer brought in SABR, more first strike tennis to shorten points since he aged and drastically improved his backhand. Other than that he's done SFA though, you're right.

It was an excellent match..the young Frenchman who is known as a doubles specialist has a very decent serve and volley game Daniil was too much for him today but he doesn't want to see Hubert any time in the near future on the other side of the net.
