No, he withdrew 'cos he has a sore shoulder. Question: are you fucking stupid or what ? Notice how the Federer fans didn't slag Nadal for his withdrawals and he hasn't been off tour for 14 months. Kindly stfu with your bs. As others pointed out, he even has a home in Dubai so clearly he'd play if he could but isn't taking any chances with his health and fitness at his age.

See my post where in reply to Nadal being out of Rotterdam, for example. No idiotic post like yours.

While you quote a very fair post from you, it is worth mentioning that you've never gotten over slagging Nadal for withdrawing from AO2013. Even just the last week or so, when you also insisted that he withdrew from Wimbledon 2009 because he "chose" to, deciding not to believe that he was injured, so let's not go too far on this "Federer fans didn't slag Nadal for his withdrawals." In fairness, Roger did first say he was choosing to hit the practice courts instead of play Dubai, and the bit about the shoulder came later.

Andy Murray won't play Dubai next week,he and his wife Kim welcome the arrival of their fourth child.Murray hopes to return to action at the Miami Open the following week.
Somehow I completely missed that they even had 3. Kim must be begging for him to go back to the ATP tour. :lulz1:

Come on, the stomach bug thing before the AO 2013 was a joke to be fair as he had 3 more weeks before the AO even started! It's not like he couldn't have got the practice playing some absolute donkeys in the early rounds and played himself into form. It was 100% his choice. I'm cutting him slack and rightly so for protecting himself from further aggravating a sore back this year at his age. I still maintain he chose to miss Wimbledon 2009, yes, given there didn't appear a whole lot wrong with him at RG 2009. He absolutely annihilated Hewitt before losing to Soderling so count me in the, no, there wasn't a whole lot wrong with him there camp. He was right back for the USO swing after Wimbledon.

Practice is lot less stressful on the body than actual match play and depends on the source links. First thing I searched this morning said he was skipping Dubai over his shoulder and not simply to practice. Either way my post was in response to yet more unnecessary bs from Nadalfan2013. I've lost count at this stage of the sheer amount of bs he's posted and also just had enough of it and hence my cursing at his stupid post. Totally justified imo. Riles people up with his stupid bs for nothing and has ruined the forum.

In the past year you have put down Nadal 100 times more than I did with Federer. Moxie already gave you a few recent examples. Stop acting like a victim. Also when I see you complain about posters like Bonaca who are a 1000000 times worse than me then maybe you will be more credible. But everyone knows that you just complain when people put down Federer and Djokovic but when they do it to Nadal you welcome it with open arms and even join. In conclusion stop spreading lies and acting like an innocent victim. Have a nice day. :smooch:

So much for your impartiality. Just reread this post you wrote. You sound just like the ones you criticize. If it's for Roger to decide what is best for him, and that's ok, then it should be up to Rafa to decide what is best for him, too. And if you wouldn't respond to some people, you wouldn't get so riled up. ;)

It's perfectly fine for any player to choose to miss a tournament but if some tosser says he only chose to miss a tournament cos he held a match point and lost then who can be impartial? I don't see how I sound like the dipshit who wrote the original post. Not in the slightest. I fully endorse Rafa healing up his back and Roger his shoulder. Neither are spring chickens.

Yeah right, sure I did. Go back to smoking what you normally smoke. How many dumb actual threads have you started slagging Federer ? Not just posts but threads. I started ZERO about Nadal. You're a sad, sad individual.

Loved this quote from Jannik Sinner after losing to Medvedev in Marseille today.

"Compared to last year,I have improved enormously, but there's so much to do.It's as if I'm trying to become a chef: now I'm peeling carrots and potatoes. But at least I'm in the kitchen, last year I was outside the kitchen".
:).

Was disappointed to see Tsitsipas lost today. Anyone see that one? Herbert can have a nice game, though.

Good win for Bautista Agut over Rublev although I'd say the 2 straight walkovers (first time this happened before apparently) left Rublev out of rhythm and ended up hindering his chances at Doha rather than helping. Free cash at least for not even playing 2 matches!
He destroyed Rublev..the Spanish Armada is BACK

Jmdp is making another comeback. Although the poor luck fella is younger than the GS twins Djoker and Murray..his body is probably a lot older than Roger

Me starting threads about Federer? You must be confusing me with someone else. Stop talking nonsense. You are the one who is sad and you’re also the biggest crybaby I have ever seen.

Bautista-Agut is like Djokovic lite when he's in form. Doesn't make many errors unlike Rublev who is very hot and cold. Rublev might be a bit burnt out too as he's played a lot lately but tbh an in form player like RBA who doesn't miss much would always be a tricky one for him.

Afraid not. Here are 2 below. As for me being a cry baby....that's hilarious and not sure where you're getting that from simply through me replying to dumb posts but if you want to see a true cry baby then look no further than the mirror as you posted a whole thread about "disgusting behaviour" just 'cos players broke a few racquets lol.

The only reasonable thing you've written in quite some time was here below

"We’ve been through this before. Every time one of the big three wins a slam people say that he’s the goat. And then the next time another one of them wins, people jump again on the bandwagon.

At the U.S. Open, the player between the 3 who wins will again be backed to be the goat. If Roger wins it and extends his lead then people will again treat him like God, if Rafa gets #19 then wow he’s back and will end with the record. If Djoko picks it up then he’s again seen as unstoppable.

I think it’s time to just except that all 3 are the goats and have different arguments."

You seem to have unfortunately, however, started nonsense bs posts about Nadal being the GOAT now and slagging Federer at every opportunity. If you'd stuck to your guns with the bolded part above (btw it's accept not except) though you'd be much more bearable on the forum as the highlighted part is one of the few decent and impartial things you've posted. I even went back to the thread and "liked" it.

I didn’t even read the rest of your long post but those threads are not about Federer. You are worse than Trump, you don’t know what facts are, you live in an imaginary world.

One is about breaking rackets and I didn’t even mention Federer, the other “2” are about GOAT debates which is 99% of what everyone posts on this forum. Slams h2h is a statistic and so are the slam race and weeks at no.1.

Again stop making accusations and most importantly stop being a crybaby just because Federer’s records are falling apart. Maybe if he knew how to win match points he would have had a shot to stay as the Goat. :smooch:

Like I said you talk negative about Nadal much more than I ever talk about Federer. Those couple of examples that you gave are so weak, rare and mostly about stats. You are such a crybaby I can’t stress that enough. :lol6:

Just that's very True, RBA is baby Nole or as you say Djoker lite. His DTL BH and deep flat strokes bother the heck out of Novak's game.

A three headed GOAT. I posted it a year ago and will stand by it.
