Very true.. Your husband champion was my childhood champion. Pete's serves were the BEST weapons Ever in the game of tennis. IMO..I loved Pete's warrior like mentally which is why I am a Rafa fan. Have a good day.^
People are entittled to their own opinions regarding Theim, or any other player for that matter.I was never a fan of Sampras,.he was boring, though my husband was a fan.
Each to their own.
He had said that it was really weird that he spent day and night with Novak's fitness coach, and one of the tested positive and one negative, and that was why the virus was so strange and dangerous. Instead, the lesson is that the testing is far from perfect yet, and a negative result is far from reliable. This is why most of the players that tested negative are self-isolating, anyway.Goran Ivanisevic announced today after testing negative twice earlier for the virus,he has now tested positive for COV!D-19 .

Do you think part of the problem is that the tests aren't better? I know the tests to find out if you have the antibodies (i.e., that you already had the virus) are less reliable than the ones for active virus. In this country, we have a President who is actively discouraging the testing because he believes it hurts him politically. I wonder if that's why the tests aren't better/more available here, anyway.Indeed,if you have been in contact with a person that tested positive and you feel okay, then get tested and it is negative it is still advisable to wait and get tested again,in this case he was tested twice before a positive result appeared. All people that have come in contact with COVID-19 carriers must get tested ASAP and self isolate for 14 days, pending of the results. You can feel fine and still be a carrier of this virus,it is like a ghost and it does not behave like a normal virus we are used to treating, quite frankly it is scary at times.

Our testing here in Australia appears okay,we have drive through testing and people have been urged to get tested even if they say, have a sore throat,it is better to be safe than sorry.I haven't much time for your President,he is all about himself, regardless of the health of his people.

No need to be sorry, this is a legitimate question what if Thiem is an asymptomatic carrier, because he possibly got it (undetected yet) from any of the 4 carriers in Adria where social distancing rules have been blatantly ignored. We can place bets on the various matches, or on whether or not Thiem infects the whole bunch of them. (Sorry, bad joke.)
Lopez v Tsitsipas is kind of interesting. They've never played, 2 one-handers, and both pretty aggressive. Does anyone understand the format?
Weekend work, overtime... Take it easy Margaret, your very busy in these days (and in foreseeable future) with your profession. we all admire you.In saying that I am off to work bye for now.
It's a good point...if they observe good protocols, even if Thiem is an asymptomatic carrier, they are less likely to get it from him.No need to be sorry, this is a legitimate question what if Thiem is an asymptomatic carrier, because he possibly got it (undetected yet) from any of the 4 carriers in Adria where social distancing rules have been blatantly ignored.
The answer is: he likely infects people he lives with or frequently interacts with (his family, coach, physical therapist, etc.) but he won't infect the players from across the net if he observes proper distancing rules: no handshake, no embracing, no locker room sharing, and above all no sweaty disco parties. If he is reasonable and able to learn good lesson from Joker's blatant stupidity, be won't infect other players.
