So, "bastard" is ok, but "peasant" is not?
It's all really offensive and not great language for anyone to use despite many pleadings and requests not to. I don't know why anyone thinks calling someone a peasant or a bastard is acceptable on the internet that anyone especially children may be reading

Its remniscent of the Wawrinka final, though Stan played lights out there.
A bit, he played a good 1 set and continued too passive. But that’s history druže!

French music should be banned as per the Geneva convention

Are you kidding. French music is much better than the Americana muck coming from accross the ocean.

Well, 99% of the music that plays at tennis tournaments is torture to my ears, I'll give you that.

My app said 80% chance of rain through at least 8 PM.
Well they knew today would be dicey. I still don't understand why they didn't put the 2nd SF on a different court. All those matches could have been played at the same time and they all would have gotten completed

Especially since they just said that the tournament sold separate tickets for each of the semis. Must have been a TV-thing, which is just greedy.

A nightmare for TV coverage, but yes, fair to the players.

However it ends up, it’s a huge disadvantage for the final.

Well that’s a very good question, most of us are asking that.

What TV coverage? NBC shows taped matches from earlier in the day all the time. Why would today be any different?

Thiem has to be mentally prepared tomorrow especially at the start of the resume match. He has the break lead and hopefully he can maintain it...or else Djokovic might run with the match

Indeed. Djokovic is lucky they stopped...he definitely needed a mental re-set. Of course, the winner of that match won't be lucky to have to have played likely a couple of hours or more the day before the final v. Rafa.

The French Open will have contracts with TV stations all over the world, so it's not just a matter of US coverage.
