Yes. Novak was able to win against Kudla even with shoulder issues, but could not pull it off when a real man came across the net.
Same story now. Novak will most probably win Tokyo given that the pool was very weak. But in Shanghai I don't expect him to reach
the finals with a bad shoulder considering that it is a tough crowd out there in Shanghai.

It looks like Nadal officially pulls out of Shanghai Masters. Smart choice as he should enjoy his wedding and rest his body and mind for the 2020 season

I think October 18th is Sweetist Day, mostly a Midwestern unofficial Fall version of Valentine's Day.. Maybe that was by design by team Nadal.

"Poor bride?!" Jeepers, herios, join the 21st or even late-20th C. Roger & Mirka were together for 9 years when they got married. I don't remember anyone moaning about 'poor Mirka.' You and Murat seem to be assuming that the wedding night will be some kind of consummation after all these years. Rafa and Mery have been in a common-law marriage for many years. This is a formalization. It's very nice for them, though.

Djokovic had a "shot-gun" wedding, if we were to ask Herios and Murat about it, lost as they are in the 1950s. And @DarthFed has been complaining for some time that the Nadal's don't have kids yet, since he keeps hoping that would presumably encourage Rafa to retire. Folks are kinda prurient, don't you think? Quit peeking in people's bedroom windows, sez I.
