I thought that's why you'd be rooting for Anderson beforehand. Or is he just a new favorite since he trashed Fed and opened up this Wimbledon for your boy?
A good Fed is a defeated Fed.

Well Anderson has broken both Federer and Isner who were perfect on service games held before they ran into him. He’s broken Isner, what 3 times?

I don't buy it, Fed got up two sets and MP in a hurry. This 3rd rate tree didn't just decide to try extra hard at that point. Roger decided to play like world 100, getting broke 4 times by this dude is unthinkable
Understood. I didn't watch the first half of the match as I was in transit so assumed he was hot the entire time.
Thanks for clarifying.

John is not winning these baseline rallies. He's had looks at Anderson's second serve but isn't making any inroads.

Isner looks more tired than that jerk.

I sense Isner gets broken in the next couple of games if Isner doesn't break now.

Nice sunny day, glad they'll close the roof for Nads. Imagine that, suddenly something that doesn't go directly in his favor at this shameless tournament.

Unlike you and GSM and Front (who's still got the bromance with Soderling going,) I don't develop a sudden affection for a player just because he upsets Roger or Novak. I have always liked Anderson as a genial fellow, but I can't be a fan of his tennis, especially.

I was wondering this: John and Nico Mahut has both spoken about how much that long match took out of them, for months, even years, later. I wonder if, subconsciously, Isner might back of a touch rather than go on forever.
