After all that they trade breaks. "On serve the hard way" as BG likes to say.

Never seen this many seats open at a Wimbledon semifinal...large swaths of seats near the front too :-(

Feels dirty rooting for a Trump-loving Southern tree but this is what I've been relegated to.

Inverdale on the Beeb is a terrible tennis commentator. "Who said Rafa/Novak was the match of the day..." after the tiebreak. Er... it is the defacto final you buffoon...

Which is why I could never :-(
On another note...I also think Novak will make it to the final as I still don't think Nadal has been playing well, and Novak's best chance of winning is against Anderson...so I have a couple reasons to root for the South African tree.

I thought you're a Nadal fan? Wouldn't you be rooting against Nole in the final if he makes it?

Anyways I hope you're right about Nadal losing but I doubt it. Nadal knows how to take advantage of opportunities unlike Roger. This tourney will still be one of the worst sporting moments in many years even if Nads loses. Roger in a wheelchair should've made it through these muffins.

I am a Nadal fan but like I mentioned to (I think it was) Denis, Novak is my #2 to root for.
Net Net I'd be upset (while not surprised) if Nadal didn't win his semi, but very much cheering on Novak against whichever tree is blowing in the wind in the final.

Anderson's returning has been outstanding. How long can he do this?

I was wondering about this. Can't they move it to Court no 1? CC does have lights so I think they can keep going until 11pm no? @Federberg knows whats up with this I think?

I am under the impression that even in the CC, the only way to get lights on is if you close the roof. I think they don't like to close the roof unless it is raining or expected to rain. If I am right, the play has to stop at around 9 p.m. despite it being CC.
