Look, I try to be fair when someone plays valiantly against a better player. Donald Young is legitimately playing like crap. Are you watching? See kskate's post, and she much fairer than I am.^ And yet Rafa was brilliant yesterday against a much bigger creampuff?
I’m really really happy with what I am seeing.

It takes two to tango. You can stick your head in the sand, but this is a most promising development for Novak’s chances this tournament. He looks sharp and ready.Look, I try to be fair when someone plays valiantly against a better player. Donald Young is legitimately playing like crap. Are you watching? Sorry, I didn't mean to under appreciate Djokovic. And some of his play has been well fine. But let's not pretend...even Donald Young can play a bit better than what he was showing in the first set and a half. Also, Djokovic has improved. It takes two to tango. ^^ Groundies are on point, but that serve has become a love offering. Better players will eat it alive
Well, Donald has finally held to force him to serve it out, so let's have a look. Seems like they might actually show it on TC.Meh, we will have to see how it holds up later, but looks fine so far.
I was rather hoping he'd retire that one, too.Novak is still doing that crappy thing with the love for the audience move. I’m still not buying it.

Fiero, it's a rather tiresomely theatrical gesture. And he didn't invent it for the AO. I'd think some version of a fist pump and a wave all around would be sufficient for a first round. Speaking of celebrations, Kyrgios certainly has the most understated one. What do you want him to say? He owns this tourney like no other! He won 3 in a row which is unprecedented for men in the OPEN era, has 6 titles overall, and only got a bit of a walkover in '08 with Tsonga in the final! The other times he's had to fight off the BIG 3! He's a fan favorite at this major at least!
