Well that was phuckin fantastic! Nice beat down to send Boston and those obnoxious Massholes into the offseason. Brogdon looked good tonight too in first game back, quickly reminding people that this series would've ended up a bigger massacre if he was in from the start.

Yeah you guys can rub in how wrong I was after game 1. That showed some major class to put that behind them and then dominate the rest of the way. With a young team that had never been past the 1st round I figured that first game beatdown was going to lead to disaster.

And since I've been badly wrong this offseason I will predict the Raptors to sweep the Bucks by an average margin of 25 points/game.[/QUOTE]

Not happening :) Raps have to close their series on the road today to make it stress free and not give the Bucks a chance to rest too much.
I think Bucks-Raps will be a good series. Bucks get sloppy sometimes and Raps love sloppy. So if Bucks tighten things up , they have the upper hand. Gasol had Embiid's number for the most part but he cannot play with the Greek, so it will probably be Ibaka, who is only slightly faster. Raps might let the Greek do his thing and guard the perimeter. It will be fun either way.

going to be fascinating watching this game 6 at the Toyota Center. We've heard Sir Chuck saying the Dubs are done. That they can't win any series without KD. All GSW have to do is play that clip in their dressing room before the game. It wouldn't shock me if they close it out in Houston tonight

So far all of the home teams that were down 3-2 have come back to win G6 in their arena and force do or die G7. Lets see if HOU joins the party.

It's not too surprising. GSW if they don't have Durant and they are trying hard for the full season is still a 55 win team. If they had Durant and tried hard all year they are a 70 win team. I think Houston lost their best chance on Wednesday, KD was out and they were rallying. Harden missed a couple very makable 3's and CP3 was beyond awful. That said I think they win tonight.

you have more faith in Harden and CP3's ability to not choke a good chance away

Not at alll. They gave away their best opportunity already. Houston may win tonight but I think the Warriors take game 7 even with no KD

It's hard to even watch CP3 right now. Just completely washed up. I'm sure he will still play another few years, will still be an above average PG but this is like what I was seeing with Wade by 2013 and 2014. The injuries and age caught up.

Rockets get embarrassed on their home floor again. They were tied at the half with no Durant and Curry scoreless. You kind of knew they'd find a way to lose after that. This is why I don't consider Harden elite, only big time in the regular season

Rockets are complete chokers. Will never make it to the finals. They should have won this series already. The writing was on the wall when they didn't nab G1. They blew G5 and gave this one away. Austin Rivers is terrible. Why was he on the floor? Professional basketball players...really? I've seen better in high school.

Oh and Chuck was doing all that yapping saying the Warriors would not win a series w/o Durant. I told you he says dumb stuff all the time.

I did kind of get one right and said it'd be a surprisingly easy series :)

The game 7's should be interesting. I think Portland and Toronto win.

That stuff must have been catnip to the splash bros. They probably played that before the game today. Absolutely dumb stuff from Chuck

And I agree the Rockets are probably done. KD will leave but not sure they'd beat GS in a series anyways and then some of the young teams in the West will get better while Paul continues to decline.

That's my point about they will never get to the finals. They would have to turn over their roster to do it. The young guns out West are better and the splash brothers aren't going anywhere no time soon. This team had no offensive game plan, jacking up a plethora of 3's like they're attending a bricklaying convention is just plain stupid.

OK, I'm done now. :D

It’s going to be an absolute pleasure not to hear Max Kellerman spout crap about the Rockets would have won last year if CP3 hadn’t got injured. Some teams just know how to win no matter what

Yeah the Rockets roster isn't that impressive. I was surprised with what they did the last couple years. Harden is truly awesome in the regular season but he is a semi-superstar in playoffs and that makes them a nothing team.

They definitely won't need KD to beat a relatively weak team in the WCF. The question is whether he will be back for the finals.

They will get him back for the finals even if he has to move into a rehab place for the next 2 weeks.

Well they are definitely better with him. I know you remember how bad they were last year in G6-7. All those bricked 3's and even with his generous paycheck, Harden couldn't buy a shot last year and that was the WCF, this was a semi.
