Nick has an excuse after his injury at Queens, but he has not done well in slams since his breakthrough as a teenager serveral years ago,

We can't tell yet who will win this tournament but we can say by fact that since 2008 the Trophy has been split between the top four players which means that none of them is dominating on grass

My goodness Rafa, he needs glasses now? he let go a ball thinking it was out and then his opponent got the break, ptttfff. He has made a few silly errors but this match clearly has helped him to get in shape

And the gras court prodigy from Manacor moves into the second round easily.

Is it just me or does Medvedev's game look like Funky Florian Mayer?

Hate to say it but the tw*t probably has enough momentum to make the final this year. Roger has to continue to step up and make up for all his past weak Wimbledon's

His past is enough for me to be interested in his round 3/4/qf matches. My bet is on Cilic, but I hope Muller makes it to R4, that should be interesting as well.

If Nadal makes it to QF, Cilic will not beat him. By that time it will be like a snowball rolling downhill.

Perhaps. We will have to see. Cilic is underestimated on grass and has a much better record than Nadal in the past years.

There is nothing to panick for fed fans. As long as Fed doesn't step down and becomes sluggish, I don't see a reason we should sit and worry. And he won't be sluggish. This is Wimbledon and he will have to prove himself every round to go ahead. One match st a time. Nothing to panick.

If they both make the final Roger better give him an enema with about 19 tennis balls for good measure.

Roger wins. Flawless victory. FATALITY!

So, what do you think about Novak's next opponents?

First set to Medvedev. He plays decent enough to beat Wawrinka on grass but I don't think he has the goods against the bigger players. He is like Cilic in a way.

Or maybe depending the result you will need the edema like many times you got before :lol6:
