Doesn't seem right that they're targeting this guy solely to make an example of. Sure, his conduct in that match sounded ridiculous (haven't seen any clips but from what I read it's a joke alright) but Monfils isn't much better and they wouldn't have the balls to suspend him. Not impressed with the ATP/ITF but then what's new. They're a cowardly bunch of imbeciles.

Oh, common, they "targeted him":speechless:
Nick had so many acts of violations of sportsmanship in a matter of two years that they had to do something finally about it.

And how many matches has Monfils tanked? He's a useless pos if ever there was one.

This is my issue with you, your reply has no logic. True Gael applied a lazare faire strategy vs Djoker but it was nothing at the level of what Nick did. Agassi and others have tanked sets before to conserve energy for later in their match but nothing like what Nick did. You can't compare those two incidents, they are mutual exclusive, IMO.

Greats: Top 5
Very good: 6 to 20
Good: 21 to 50
Tier 4: 51 to 150
Tier 5: 151 to 300s
Tier 6: 300s to 700s
The rest
I found this very interesting- I normally think of, and in our discussion of rising youngsters we've been using rank 100 as the breakthrough number, but in the above categorization top 150 would really be the threshold. Anyone else have thoughts on this?
