In my very humble and apparently minority point of view, what a man does in his personal life outside of the court should be left there. I'll make exceptions for axe murderers but what a man does in his own personal life is none of any ones business. And we are fooling ourselves if we think we know even half of the story. I really dislike it when people putting down Stan for something they hardly know anything about.

I'm with you Kirjax. I enjoy good natured combat among posters but speculating about behind-the-scenes stuff we really know nothing about seems beyond the definition of reasonableness.

Ditto! What is this, E! ?

I think Stan wins in 4. For the last two year, when Stan gets to this part of a slam, he does not play so-so tennis, I expect nothing different tonight. This could be a real classic!

Meanwhile Becker says: "If Federer would have played the way that he is playing now against Mac, Connors and including me, we would have told him "you are doing well but honesty not against us, you wouldn't have passed to the next round without any doubt"
He had the chance to say that to Pete Sampras when both were playing, and when Sampras was dominant. Did he say anything like that about Sampras? It sounds like Becker is a coward.

Well the women's event just got blown up just like the men's last year. How about a Cilic-Wawrinka final after Vinci-Pennetta?

I think Nole in 4 or 5 and Fed in 3 or 4. Roger isn't letting this opportunity slip and barring an RG style Stan he shouldn't be losing this.

I think Roger's chances are significantly better on this surface vs. RG. That outcome wasn't too shocking, but I would be surprised if Roger loses tonight, especially considering how he has been playing since Cincinnati. Besides, it's not like Stan has been the picture of mental toughness this USO, either.

Besides, Roger is not trying to complete a CYGS. :laydownlaughing

This is much better tennis than the earlier match (aside from Novak, of course).

mirka has her 'special occasion' hair extensions in.

.flying ants might mistake her hairdo for some sort of nest.
