Finally!

And for those of you in here, the Murray-Ferrer match has been:

Murray breaks.
Ferrer breaks.
Murray breaks.
Murray holds.
Ferrer holds.
Ferrer breaks.
Murray breaks.

Funky match.

Thanks for the update Kirijax!

. We'll get to see if Novak has a real champions mentality.

8 slams, I think we've already seen that he does.

You know what I mean though right. But agreed he is an uber champion already

Why is Novak mad. I am on commentator free stream.

Thankfully we won't have to find out what would have happened if he somehow dropped that set.

I suspect he's just letting off steam from the first set. Would have been suicide to do this then. Now he's entitled to relax and cut loose for a bit

I have to say that as a tennis fan, this is my favorite matchup to watch. Of course I love watching the Fedster, but I'm always stressed out. This is just tennis played at the highest, most intense level to be enjoyed.

The fact Rafa was able to make that 1st set so tough with a 25% conversion rate on 2nd serve is seriously impressive

If you don't mind, keep um coming. Between TF and the stream in my second monitor, I think my computer would explode if I had live scores going.

I hope Nadal can pull this out, and make it a marathon back breaking match. Good to see he is trying hard not to hit short balls anymore at least. Those make me cringe.

It's a compelling match up. And I have to say the 2011 US Open final is still probably the match I repeat watch more than any other. Never seen such incredible ball striking and retrieving, particularly the 1st 2 sets

Looking at the stats, the big difference is 2nd serve and winners - Novak's got ten more of the latter. If he can keep pace with the slugfest, his extra pizazz with those angles will get him through.

Rafa's movement has definitely improved. He is not shanking balls like he did against Andy
in Madird (I think the shanks are caused by changing racquets back and forth). He is not leaving
many short balls. These are the positives that I see him.

On the negative side, his serve is still not very good and it will look even worse against the best returner of the game. Also, Rafa still does not have confidence that he can beat Novak at this juncture.

p.s. I have already voted for Novak in 4.

He asked Cedric to water the court after the first set and got a "no".

It would be to his advantage, of course he's mad.

Yeah I never understood the people who didn't like their matches. The bring out the best in each other.
