One thing I've noticed with Murray is his serve does get weaker as the match progresses. I don't know if his shoulder gets tired or what but he noticeably serves slower the deeper a match progresses.

Maybe, but at least his forehand speed increased-
1st set: 106mph
2nd set: 113mph
3rd set: 114mph

And here cometh the joke.

EDIT: I swear I meant to type "choke," but I feel this is more appropriate so I'll leave it.

One thing that worries me for Murray's chances in the final is his down the line play, on both the backhand and the forehand. He's taking racket head speed off and not really going after it. Needs more aggression. That said, it's great to see him back. The men's game needs him, however unpopular he might be around these parts.

Well, there you go. I'll be a Djoko or Stan fan the rest of the tournament! Worse case scenario would be a Murray-Sharapova win. That's enough to make me want to hang up my keyboard.

Good tournament for Berdych with his new coach. Hope he can build it up from here. I hope Murray can find some class and deal with his coaching staff now.

Go Djoko-Stan.

Well done, Murray - he played exceptional tonight. A good tournament from Berdych - defeating Nadal in straight sets is a great highlight for anyone, even if the latter wasn't at 100%.

Berdych's chances might have gotten a bit overstated after the Nadal win. Berdych isn't a stranger to these upsets, he's caused them before. Federer had beaten him a million times in a row before Berdych turned things around after Fed's decline, so that victory over Rafa isn't TOO surprising, all things considered.

I like Berdych's game. Nobody sleeps at night thinking "I have an easy match tomorrow" when they play Berdych. He's consistent, and goes deep in most slams. But I think there's an obvious ceiling.
