Novak in 2. He will be motivated, and I think the surface favors him at this point in their rivalry. You never know though...

I think 2011 FO surface also favored Novak.

As did the 2012 FO surface, when Novak won. 2011 was also 3 years ago and Federer had an out of this world serving performance.

Anyway, I'm rooting for Federer, but he needs a vintage performance to win.

Fed has at most about an hour and half of good tennis in him per match these days against the top guys, if you [loosely] keep track. Sometimes it's all at once, sometimes its broken up. Sometimes it's enough to win a clean set, then squeeze out the end of another set in a best of three. But it's too much to ask of him on clay vs Nole, unless the Djoker plays a truly horrible match. The match is just going to go on too long for Fed to overcome his walkabouts.

Cheers
TM

They're not sure if he's had an injection or not.

Nice of John Goodman to work as a linesman today.

Doesn't look like there's anything affecting Novak's game.

A very good volley by Djokovic. Definitely improving a lot in that regard.

Yeah, awesome point. I just love the Federer/Djokovic match-up in general. Usually aggressive, variety(ing) tennis.

Both are sharp today.

Monster hold. Good job, Roger. Thought he was toast there missing 3 first serves and 2 lame forehand errors at the start of that game.
