I think actually Novak has settled now. Roger can't afford any looseness on his serve the next two games...

He doesn't look settled to me Kieran. Fed is still going deep in all of Nole's serve games.

No, you're right, the last two games he hasn't looked settled. Roger's playing a high level as well, though...

I like Federer's gall in persistently heading into the net...

Great play by Roger, maintained his level to the end of the set. Held his nerve there in a tight one. Second set should pose an even greater test to him, and his tactic of attacking the net is paying off...

Tremendously important for Roger to have won that first set.

He'll need to get this done in straights, though, to be guaranteed the win. If he drops the second, I give the advantage to Novak to pull through.

Did the commentator just say that this is Roger's 48th MS semi final?! Wow...

Djokovic seems off his game today.

I think the top of the net was made in Serbia. But that was an edgy, critical hold for Novak. Huge miss by Roger at 30-all, especially given how delicious his backhand was...

That net was PAID to throw this match! We've seen it before, so don't pretend it's a myth.

I can't believe the number of break points Roger has saved today, especially against someone as skilled as Novak.

EDIT: And then Novak breaks ... :cry

And he just missed a volley to save a critical one. Down 2-4

Roger had the right idea there on both those points, but he was just off. I think Nole has done very well in this set...

Well it was nice while it lasted. Don't mean to be a downer, but I have a feeling we're going to see Novak steamroll Roger. Once Novak gets on a roll its hard to beat him.

Fed looks a little weary now. Let's see how he holds up in the decider
