Just watched them. Funny question from Roger why Rafa chose a left hand :) Everyone keeps saying they are not touching a racket during this lockdown. I have a bit hard time believing, but maybe they are really resting and just keeping physical training. I wonder how long it will take them to gwet back where they were and will it cause some unwanted stress on their bodies and possible injuries.
That was really funny, and Rafa finally dispelled the myth...he was always lefty in tennis. Also thought Roger was hilarious when he was very excited to hear that Rafa hasn't picked up a racquet since IW. The conversation with Andy was really funny. It seemed like they almost forgot they had an audience. Andy suggested to Rafa it was a good time to start a family, and Nadal's not-so-poker-face made it seem like he agreed. COVID-baby for the Rafael Nadals? :face-with-tears-of-joy:

This is where I don't understand people. There ARE vaccines that we have to take to travel...either mandated by our country or the one we're traveling to. Some countries require a yellow fever vaccine, and you have to carry your "yellow card" with you. Others are recommended and people take them before traveling, like Hep A, etc. I wonder if these same people object to those and don't take them. As you say, MM, it will be a long time before there's a vaccine. I wonder if tennis will have to wait for that before returning to play. It's a very international sport.

I cannot see a vaccine in place,if the USO goes ahead and the French Open, some players I read are quite prepared to play with no fans, they just want to get back to playing tennis, which I understand,it is their profession, though again at what cost?.
Our government at present has said Not To Travel Overseas,if they do and come back they have to go into isolation for at least 2 weeks. That would prove a problem for our tennis players in Australia and also players in countries like Italy,Spain and France travelling to NYC for the USO if it goes ahead.Thinking more about it,maybe playing with no fans, still keeping in place social distancing, also washing of hands etc would be of the upmost importance if tennis tournaments go ahead. On a monetary level these tournaments must be prepared to take a hit financially.

I have been trying to be optimistic about some version of tennis returning this year, but it does seem increasingly less likely. We've been talking about the turnaround between a potential USO and a potential RG as being tight. But now I realize it leaves no time for quarantine. How can it be done safely, even without spectators? We still don't know what the world is going to look like in August, but jet-setting around the world to tournaments seems unlikely.

Sad to say it does look unlikely, one thing is for sure we will all remember 2020,personally it will make us stronger in the long run.

When Fed heard Rafa didn't touch a racket that was the funniest part. Fed was like yeah great, can't wait to beat you :)

I did not catch the beginning of Nadal Murray coversation, but have to agree that this lockdown might be the right time for Rafa to make a baby or two haha.

I like to see the players in this mode, when they talk freely not tjust the repetitive interviews like we are used to.

Normally they want you to take vaccine if you come from risky country. in this case that country would be more risky than person - Djoker in this case (Serbia). In case they would still want vaccine i think better solution for him would be simply to pass Corona earlier. That would become natural vaccinated. Anyway they say vaccine wont be this year so not to bother. Many passed Corona not even knowing it.

some people have been infected twice or more, so it's not really a guaranteed solution.

If Dr Djokovic or Dr Cali doesn't want a vaccine, then so be it.. They're grown men and have their own opinion..
However
I am going to listen to Dr. Fauci and this Dr Alok Patel

Very sad news, Guillermo Vilas (former Argentine player) is suffering from Alzheimer. It seems that came from long time because in the interviews sometimes he forgot about many things even the name of his kids and the interviewers thought that he was joking but he wasn't

Meanwhile Murray says he felt sick for a few days but he wasn't sure if he got the virus because he never got the test and now he feels ok

He had been acting weird for a while. That's too bad. Cruel disease. He was my 2nd favorite after Borg, early days. He used to write poetry.

Sad news about Vilas, he allowed Djoker to write heart on clay in FO, since his "copyright". FO in moved for a week not to interfere with Tour de France - main for France.
