I didn't think Ana was going to make a serious attempt at trying to get this set anyway. Let's see what happens set 2. Hopefully Serena keeps the aggression and finishes this in 2. I think she will want a tournament win on clay going into the French. Put everyone on notice that she has been quiet, but not anymore. I know whoever wins will have a rowdy crowd to deal with tomorrow, but I think Serena would do a better job under those circumstances than Ana.

Definitely not, but Serena is ready for her FH strikes this time. She's tuned in and moving very well to get all those shots back and forcing Ana into more errors. I expect Ana to pick up her game in the 2nd set so Serena needs to keep the pressure on.

I agree, I hate on court coaching. It drives me crazy because most of these girls don't even do what their coach tells them to do anyway.
