STUTTGART, Germany - Former three-time champion Maria Sharapova has withdrawn from the Porsche Tennis Grand Prix in Stuttgart due to a continuing right shoulder injury, the tournament has announced on Thursday.

And she won't be ready for Madrid either - still problems with her shoulder. Maybe it's time for her to call it quits as her body is not playing along.

There were rumors in Miami when Bajian was in Kristina's box,he was helping her out apparently in the tournament,probably for a trial to see if they compatible,so I was not surprised when she announced him as her coach.

Maria's shoulder has never been the same when she had problems with her 'rotor cuff',many years ago.Her serve also suffered,even though over the years she has tweak it.Pat Rafter had to retire early due to 'rotor cuff' problems and has two major surgeries on it since he retired.

Bianca is doing well, she might not want to shake the apple tree this early in her career. I don't know enough about Yastremska. She may not have wanted to pay Sascha's price.
