Richie is much better on grass than the one who abandons his family. he already won several tourneys on this surface that he enjoys. Richie'll prevail in 4

Good grief Isabelle. Stay out of that man's business.

In all seriousness I am curious why you hate Stan? 2014 AO still on the mind?

I was told people never hate a player because he beats their favorite.

It's time you take a break from your studies at Calbandian University. You are reaching more and more. If memory serves me right I said I don't hate Nadal because of the H2H. Nowhere was it said that I speak for the masses...

I don't know about reaching. It's not like I called the 2008 Wimbledon final an upset.

Nevertheless, that wasn't a dig at you. I actually always praised you for your transparency re: Nadal. It was more of a dig at "the masses."

What a reach it is to call something a small upset when the betting lines show that it was in fact a small upset...

That's a huge technicality though. Every match has a favorite on the betting lines. That's not quite what you're referring to when you make it sound like Roger should be embarrassed to lose that match. Come on, can't expect anyone to buy that...

Lol, how is that a technicality. He was the slight favorite to win.

Losing by nature is embarrassing, that's how I've always seen it and that's regardless of the circumstances. And the circumstances are that Roger was amazing on grass and had a 65 match win streak going in, of course losing to an inferior player on the surface in such a huge match is embarrassing.

What match and inferior player are you talking about?

Why are we talking about Nadal and Fed in a Gasquet/Wawrinka thread?

Onto the match....Wawrinka needs to come into the net more if he wants to prevail in this match

Well let's see how Stan responds to losing his first set of the fortnight. Hoping he still busts up Dicky in 4.

LOL at this becoming a Fedal thread.

Anyhow, Stan better get his act together because if he doesn't, the red carpet has just been rolled out for Novak to the Final.

I really thought pizza face was going to hit the Frenchman off the court. Pleasantly surprised how well Richie is playing.
