I much prefer to watch Raonic over Isner. His movement and returning are weaknesses but at least there's actually the slight potential he can break opponents. Very glad Lopez came through that match, him vs Stan will be an interesting one, I fancy Feliciano's chances there personally.

Murray looking very strong against Anderson on Centre Court. The roof coming on may help Anderson's serve and make things a bit tougher for Andy but only if Kevin can find his first service rhythm. He's only hit two aces and only on 50% first serve points won, very strange for a guy with his serve on grass, even against a very strong returner.

Can't decide whether I want Grigor to win. The tennis fan in me certainly does because him and Andy would be a great quarter final, but I am worried about the damage he could do if he turns up. I like to think, though, that Murray is in good enough shape to beat him anyway this time, hopefully!

No doubt about Raonic being more entertaining to watch than Isner! But man does his backhand suck and needs major improvement imo before he can be a legitimate threat if playing someone able to exploit it well.

Amazed how light some players are. Was checking live scores and noticed Philip Petzschner is playing some challenger event and hadn't seen him play in years so was checking ranking, age etc and he's 6'1" and only 70kg! That's very light unless the stats are all completely wrong and they most definitely are for some players like Serena Wiliams and Sharapova, for example.

This rain might mess up schedules big time

Somewhat glad personally 'cos just back from the gym and at least some matches are still on now or I should say will be once they resume and the others haven't started. Mostly interested in Djokovic v Tsonga and holding out a small degree of hope that Kerber beats Sharapova but not likely as Kerber's a chronic choker and will let all the screaming get to her.

^ Maybe Lisicki might challenge her. I missed the end of her match against Ivanovic but apparently it was a great aggressive shot making display in set 3 and she has a very powerful serve. Bouchard's serve is too erratic to challenge her till she improves it. Sharapova's serve is clearly pigmuck too but she's still more likely to win against Bouchard.

Has Wimbledon ever moved a match to another court? I'm wondering if they'll move Dimitrov/Mayer onto Centre Court in order to finish it today. I know the USO has moved matches, but I can't recall Wimbledon ever doing it.

Yes. They've moved a couple of matches since the roof inception. One on the women's side 2011 and I believe a men's match (can't recall which one or what year).

Murray survived a bit of an onslaught after the restart to get that set in the bag. One more break from Anderson's next four service games and it should be a 7th consecutive Wimbledon quarter-final....

Possible Murray has his customary 3rd set blip here and plays a random muck service game.

Not necessarily AP. On clay I would agree. On grass, there are some formidable threats that have beaten her here before. Lisicki took her out in Wimby 2012 after she won the FO. Petra has defeated her in the finals. I wouldn't give up on Genie or Halep just yet.

Must say I don't like all the come ons when you only won a point 'cos of your opponent's error. Should only be done when you yourself won the point convincingly with a winner.

Interesting...Mark Petchey said Anderson has put in an application for US citizenship and if he gets it he may be able to play Davis Cup for the US next year.

I agree. Bouchard and Lisicki can definitely beat her at the very least. And can't forget about Kvitova who beat her in the 2011 final.
