Dimitrov playing some creative tennis. The guy is getting better.

He has got better for sure. Results show. Even the oddmakers noticed and they now rank him 5th favorite to win Wimbledon, although he is still ranked only 13!

I think he will peak in 2-3 years and will start having his name engraved on some major trophies.

I think he will win majors starting next year.

It certainly is possible. He can win one before reaching his peak, like Sampras did, but he has got so much improving to do mentally and physically. I think he is at %50 right now.

Dimitrov just completely outclassed Harrison today. And with that I've completely given up on Harrison. I mean, I had sort of already. And I still think that in the next few years, he'll get good enough to be top 30 and stay there for a good bit of his career. But he'll have to work into it, it seems. But he's just not the class of the young guns. Dimitrov is finally starting to show that he is. He seems to be on the war path too. Just dispatched everyone at Queens with ease. And just too solid today.

For me, part of the thing with Harrison is he is American. And obviously, seeing as most of my favorite players are not American, and I'm not really a fan of any of the male Americans other than Querrey and Harrison, I'm not the biggest patriotic fan. I don't just go for the Americans is my point. But what I see with Harrison is just something that bothers me. Especially when you throw in Sloane Stephens. It's this bad attitude thing. And Sloane's bad attitude is completely different. Her's isn't anger. It's something else. Sadness. Or melancholy or just a lack of a will to win or a lack of confidence. I don't know. But Harrison is the key point. Here in America, we're obviously doing something wrong. Anger is a huge problem with a lot of young kids and was a huge problem with the young kids in the 90s and early 2000s that are now Harrison's (and my) age. And the problem is this performancism culture that we have. Anyways.... I could talk for hours about it. But I won't on here.
It's a maturity problem. I see it in myself and I see it in Sloane and I see it in Ryan. Luckily, I'm not a tennis court (a stage) where everyone can see mine.

Many multi slam winners won their first before reaching their peak yet: Roger, Rafa and Nole being among them as well.

Thiem could not come back from 0-2 down and loses in 4. I was not able to see any of it and I am curious as to how his game translates to grass.

It wasn't on a show court and therefore wasn't on tv. But I too am wondering how well his game translates to grass. But at the same time, it seems most players can find a way to play on it. Especially as they've slowed it down over the years. But Thiem may just not have enough experience on it yet.
