Really just hope fed beats raonic just not a fan of his game so basically prefer fed vs djoker as first and fed vs grigor as next .
I thought of this too, if Federer and Dimitrov should play in the final. I'd be rooting for the changing of the guard. Or the wresting away of the torch, I guess, rather than the passing of it. :sniggerEl Dude said:There would be a certain poetic harmony to the 2001 Wimbledon when Roger beat Sampras.

The question is who do you root for if it is Djokovic and Federer...

That doesn't even need to be asked. Nadal fans see Novak as no threat in terms of getting to 17 or 18 slams but Roger getting one more would be a major kick up the hole

If Fed and Novak happen to make it to the dance and moxie is cheering for Novak?? Please send the EMT's to my house immediately.

Yeah but it isn't that black and white. Part of Nadal's hopes to get to 18 or beyond is dependent on Nole staying weak on the big stage. And let's not kid ourselves, Djoker has been awful at the business end for the better part of 2 years now. One big win here could put Nole on a huge run again. I think that's what Moxie and the Rafanuts fear most.

I'd be happy enough with that outcome too

I'll take my chances and gladly see Roger hoist #8 and #18. Roger has yet to claim one of the 4 kingdoms (Melbourne, Paris, London, New York) as his own. He should have claimed London and New York years ago but he now has another chance for the biggest of them all. I do like Nole too and if it's not Roger I hope he will be the one winning on Sunday.

Wouldn't that be Fed va. baby Fed?
Or did I miss baby Fed grow up?
