It’s behind a paywall, but these outposts seem odd.
This is the article, reprinted elsewhere..
In 2020, a foreign police station in Madrid, Spain was used to convince a Chinese man accused of pollution to return home. Photos of persuasion sessions show police in China sitting next to a suspect’s family member as they try to convince him to return.

Thanks, brother.

This pretty much summarizes the situation: “In 2020, a foreign police station in Madrid, Spain was used to convince a Chinese man accused of pollution to return home. Photos of persuasion sessions show police in China sitting next to a suspect’s family member as they try to convince him to return.”

I agree. What's going on in Russia is scary too. I wrote a poem about it a bit since. (It's that bad a poem about war popped into my head last week & won't leave it *I haven't written it down yet* though I'm keeping myself busy. It's about old wars though with the type of weapons I had to put into it to get the effect I wanted to.)

I hope you're well, mate. It must be scary for you with your original recent news story being from your neck of the woods. Take care! Stay safe!

Cheers! And write your poem, don’t let the dark side win!

I’ll be in Dublin next week, I might stroll down Capel Street and suss this one out, it’s certainly mysterious… :thinking-face:

I'll have to write my poem, so it leaves my head. I think it sounds good but it's not nice & I don't like it. As I've got historian friends, some of whom write books I'm going to ask them if they're writing about old wars where spears, swords & arrows were used & who were fighting in the wars in the book they're writing as I've got most of the poem wrote except for who was fighting who, then I'm going to put my poem onto paper & give it to them. (My poem is called "The storm of war" & uses a lot of symbols & metaphors. Old weapons give a better effect with the symbolism & metaphors I'm using than modern ones would.) That's a poem I don't want.

That sounds good. Enjoy yourself! Take care & stay safe! I hope you're more in the mood for singing "In Dublin's fair city, where the girls are so pretty. I once set my eyes on sweet Molly Malone" than scared. :0)

People keep telling me this woman is a fascist and I’ve been paying attention to her speeches. Here’s one… I fucking love every word she says. She tells no lies…

^It just makes me more likely to resist and question when someone calls another… racist/ misogynistic/ transphobic… or whatever other social weapon. And the irony is that most of the time the people most willing to throw those accusations are often the most guilty of unconscious bias. I think the comment that Jordan Peterson made in his recent interview with Piers Morgan is quite profound. He says the greatest threat to humanity is ‘narcissistic compassion’.

And this of course is the reason why she has to be denounced. If she was lying about race and gender, and all the other stuff, she’d be a hero. It’s always seemed funny to me, that to the far left calling somebody “far right” is their biggest insult. Proudly people can call themselves “communists”, as if it’s intellectually niche, compassionate, the ultimate in fairness, and they seem oblivious to its catastrophic history. They pretend it can be separated from that and kept pristine, as if it’s still an untried ideal, an unopened package. I suppose nowadays, anything a smidge to the right of the far left is “far right” to them, and given that the far left are the ones trying to destroy civilisation, the “far right” must be the ones making sense…

In Canada also.

China has defended the practice of setting up what are essentially police stations in other countries, saying that the majority of the work done there is akin to what would take place at an embassy
So why not let it take place at an embassy. :thinking-face:

The problem with China is that it’s now too powerful and cocky, has too much control overseas, and actually always will bad intent. Evil intent, actually, most of the time.

I suppose the question must be asked, why western countries are allowing this to take place…

Because people in western countries eat chips and watch Netflix... expecting somebody else to "not allow" this to take place.

We’d kind of expect our leaders to lead in this regard, put policies in place to keep us safe, but yeah, we’ve become complacent and used to our comforts…

Not wanting to sound like a broken record... but the leaders are just puppets mate. Both sides of politics are two wings of the same bird. You said it yourself in another post.

The transgenderism stuff is just a short term gateway to the transhumanist ideology proposed by the World Economic Forum.

Oh I agree with that but even still, puppets understand that there are basics when it comes to national security…

There is a tremendous sci fi book I read decades ago called Steel Beach by John Varley, and it predicts the relativist gender nonsense in a very unique and funny way. Fantastic book!

If this is being displayed in the public domain now, then it's way more advanced in reality (i.e. the military)... decades even.

That wouldn’t surprise me at all. I always assume that when new technology is being introduced to the general public, it‘s already a generation or two ahead behind the scenes.
