What is up with Serena? She looked like she wanted to cry all through out Toronto and it looks like that mood carried over into her first Cincy match. Calm down girl and relax! Just hit your serves and your shots.

She's an emotional player anyway, but I can only assume there's something going on in her personal life that she's stressing over. She finished just in time as well. I checked ESPN3 and the center court looks flooded.

Whatever it takes to pump her up and get the win as long as she's not cheating anyone.

I can't even begin to imagine the pressure Serena is under. All this Grand slam stuff, constantly having to step up to each challenge, no locker, and surely some other stuff we have no idea about. She still has two weeks to get it together before it all really hits the fan so I hope she can get it together.

I do wish she could have more fun on the court sometimes. But that's not Serena's style.

I imagine she is feeling the pressure. I think she is approaching it all wrong. She should remind herself that she has at the very least won four in a row and 3 slams this year. If she gets the Calendar Slam awesome, if she doesn't she has still had a banner year another Serena Slam and 3 slams this year. Someone tell her Cincy isn't the U.S. Open and that she can relax.

Serena is worried about her game that doesnt seem to be clicking, her ground game needs work and she seems to be losing confidence. She is making a lot of errors something that she had under control, she seems to look at her racket a lot like its not strung well.
She better get it together because they have already started with the psychological warfare, its little subtle things like that fireworks situation and then the locker room thing...its all a plan to rattle her and we know Serena needs to be super relaxed at the Open. She just has to ignore the silly antics and focus on New York.

Hopefully in 3 weeks from now the results of Toronto and Cincinnati will be in the rear reflection of the gloss of her 2015 US Openchampionship trophy:clap.

This woman (Serena) is going for her sports immortality, and there is going to be pressure that no player active now would understand. So, it's easy for folks whom don't know what she's going through to state she should relax and to realize this is just a tour event. Fact is, she is reminded at every turn the history she will be attempting in a couple of weeks. Add the fact she is almost 34 is also an added pressure, as he probably will have this opportunity again.

Is Wozniacki being forced to play again? If she is hurt, doesn't she drop out? Getting bageled by Azarenka in the first set. :cover

Azarenka beats Wozniacki for what seems like the 5th time this year.

Kvitova somehow wins the second set.

The one good thing is it was good to see Serena being aggressive again despite the misses especially on the return. I think if there was one area despite her errors against her loss to Bencic where she really failed was to really apply pressure on the return to that weak serve of Bencic's.
