Fed's level lower than yesterday but it will do. He will have his hands full tomorrow though. Andy is defending like crazy and he will give Roger fits with the extra shots and the lobs. Fed will be lobbed more than 4 times tomorrow I bet.

If only Lopez was as godly as last night. There is no chance the H2H would've been extended to 12-0 :)

Maybe not Carol. Muzz has to be on fumes after winning Canada followed by 2 consecutive 3-setters.

If Murray survives another major battle he will have nothing left for Djokovic. I think Roger should get it done tomorrow and hopefully in quick fashion. More on the line for Federer tomorrow as Murray could retain the #2 ranking by just having Djokovic beat Federer in the final.

I could see Andy thinking like that but at the same time, it is not guranteed that Djokovic will beat Federer in the final.

It will be interesting to see on how it plays out tomorrow...I do think Federer will win but at the same time I see Murray grinding and fighting tomorrow.

Yep, it's the only thing that I'm concerned, but Muzz is a strong guy, we'll see :popcorn

Don't be so hard on him. What he did yesterday was wonderful for many :snicker

C'mon man get it right - "all the good tennis followers, including commentarists, writers and experts" thought he played better than anyone.

So, Federer and Murray tomorrow. Good stuff.

As Murray has lived to face Fed, the ONLY way that Fed can be seeded #2 at USO is if he wins Cincy outright. Merely beating up on Murray would not do. He needs to take out Nole (or Dog) too.

You could only be half serious, in fairness. Roger losing to Robredo at the USO, for instance, didn't help them get it on there, either...

Right. And what about Rafa's failure to make even one of the six straight finals Roger had at the USO?

Anyway I'll let the Fedal thing go since this is the Cincy thread and Nadal is no longer in the tournament.

Of course. And federers inability to win any of the match points he had against Nole - in two semi finals - that would have seen a Fedal final. It wasn't fated to be. I know, Fedfans try to scan this H2H many different ways, while at the same time claiming it's not important... ;)

Nope, they never do. But he seems to have put in a good display, according to reports. I have no links to prove this, by the way, but I'm sure I'll be fine... :popcorn

Nole has an ideal opportunity to win Cincy, I don't think Murray can beat him a second time after Montréal if he reaches final . If Federer beats Murray in semi, he'll be clueless vs Nole in final
My prediction is Nole wins Cincy 2015, lets' see if my cristal ball is OK soon

I think Roger takes care of Murray handily and actually wins the tournament.
