I think my heart rate has just returned to normal. That boy will be the death of me. 3 wildcards and 3 tournament wins. Just a few more wins and I get to see him in London. Woohoooooo.

I did feel for Robredo. The reaction at the net was funny. I bet he's hoping he won't see Andy for a while. Murray will be hoping the same.

Apart from the lousy overheads from both sides, a very good match, at least from the 11 minutes plus highlights.

The witty reaction from Robredo was priceless. I'll even root for the guy from now on.

^ He's one of the few Spanish players whose game style I actually like. Nice and aggressive and hits pretty flat most of the time. Don't mind Lopez' s&v tennis either when he's playing well but he's a total choker. Robredo usually isn't a choker though. He's been playing well most of the year.

Actually, I never liked Robredo in his first life. He was like a known choker failing everytime
he plays higher ranked player than himself and not playing aggressive at all.

However, I am beginning to like him in his second life, when he won multiple 5 setters in
French open, beat up on fed and playing quite good this year despite losing these two
matches against Murray.

Don't forget the great performance against Novak earlier this year too.

Robredo doesn't hit flat.

EDIT: I originally stated that he also doesn't hit aggressive but that's a bit unfair. It's not that he lacks aggression. He just lacks fire power. His forehand is decent but it's still a bit lightweight compared to newer generations.

I said pretty flat. He hardly hits loopy high with huge net clearance either. I mean it's obviously not Berdych type flat but flatter than most of the Spanish players. He reminds me somewhat of Ferrero, another Spaniard whose game I liked more than the others. Andujar can be entertaining too when he plays well once every year.
