I only started watching the open yesterday. Saw some of your man, Nadal. He's played little tennis since wimbledon but the comeback he staged against the hot-headed italian FOGNINI was a positive sign. He has decades of experience to call upon too.

Help me it was the worst 1st set of tennis Rafa played, though the Fog always lifts his game against Rafa

I have never seen that happen in a tennis match before, though my hubby has seen it on the golf course
I saw it by a player on a video when a player was angry and he smacked the racquet and it went right up into his forehead and made a gash in his forehead. They had to get a medical timeout for it.

Yep we've seen it done purposely before. A now retired Russian player named Mikhail Youzny would hit himself in the forehead w/ the racquet until he bled. He would be known as a cutter these days, right?

I remember that incident he is now coaching Shapo again ....go figure lol!
