Fed was horrendous during set one against Tiafoe. I'm afraid Kyrgios will beat him. Terrible draw for Fed this year.

You're assuming both will make it to their appointed round! These players are breaking down and can go out anytime IMO! That was awful last night from what little I saw of Roger! Either he's gotten too old and tired or he's injured! Everyone's having health issues of some sort! The seasons too long and these $$ & fame HO's can't take it easy and play judiciously when they have the options to do so with their seniority on the tour! :nono:  :cuckoo: :ptennis:

I don't hate Roger. I've told you that. I just don't love him.

Ah well you should hate him. Give it a try. I guess you strongly dislike him, I'm sure you root for him to lose the vast majority of the time, no?

If he was playing Nicko last night it'd have been ugly. Here's hoping Fed can pick it up. The 3rd set gives me some hope, id say it may have been his best set since the Halle final, but then he quickly vanished into whatever we want to call that 4th set. One good set is definitely not enough against Nick and may not even get past Feli if that's the matchup.

I actually said the exact opposite. I believe someone will beat Fed before the semi. Perhaps Kyrgios.

There's a reason they never got to play at the USO; usually Rafa didn't make it to his appointed round with The GOAT! Roger won the thing 5 straight years in his prime; Rafa not only won it only twice after that when Roger eliminated by NOLE, he had some horrible losses including dropping a 5 setter to F3 after being up 2 sets to love! This is why Rafa will NEVER BE the Goat IMO; weak at 3 of the 4 majors while the other top players have had more balanced careers! :fishing: :ptennis:
This is all true. However, their not meeting at the USO is not entirely Rafa's doing. Nor can it be claimed that Fed has been clearly superior to Rafa at Flushing since 2010. That's 8 years. The obvious exhibits are the two astonishing choke jobs in 2010, 2011 SFs when Rafa was one point away four times. The other exhibits are Rafa's runs in 2010, 2011 and 2013. Twice beating Novak in the final. That's the #1 hard court player who also owned him at times.

TMF has been missing in Queens since 2009.

But I don't understand you too well, why do you think that she, me and others have to hate Roger, any reason? we don't love him but we know he is one of the greatest of the tennis history but we dont have to praise him so much like all of his fans use to do it

Actually, it kind of looks like none of Fed, Rafa, Sasha is going to win this tourney. We may have a surprise winner.

The difference between dislike and hate is splitting hairs. Since you and Moxie are female you use dislike or "don't love" but same difference. I think we know you want Roger to lose every time he takes the court and I'm not complaining, I know how you feel.

Kyrgios looks injured. Bummer I picked him as the winner.

I am not watching as I am at work. I don't think an injured Kyrgios can beat an injured Federer. But, Federer
will also have a difficult third round vs. Deliciano or Verdasco before that.

So I was reading that Nadal was complaining that Murray withdrew after the draw not before, which meant fed ended up at his side of the draw. Leaving aside the self serving nature of his comments (nothing new), Nadal actually fears the 40 year old now? I mean he owns the guy like no ther.

Besides they will both likely lose before the semis. Weird comments.

I guess you did not watch the Cincy final, where Grigor exposed Nick's game weaknesses.
On top of it, he is fragile. He is heading towards a career rattled by injuries like Kei or Milos

Yes didn't see the final. Agree on his fragile nature. His biggest injury is in his head though.

Nadal has not complained about Muzz withdrew, don't put words that he has not said, he says that it was weird that he withdraw on Saturday morning right after the draw was out but he probably had a good reason to do it. And Nadal has not fear to anyone it doesn't matter the age, he respect their game which is something very different
You should put more attention to your fav which there is a lot more to worry enstead to critic Nadal for anything......
