Rumour is there was a heist in the Roland Garros museum yesterday and that a helicopter from Paris has been spotted in New York. Stan, it's time...Unleash THE shorts.

Exactly. There is none seemingly or else multiple. Must be some hampering injury anyway.

If he could get this far without any obvious problems, it is not something that can't wait to flare up tomorrow. The adrenaline should take care of it.

In AO14 and RG15, Stan rattled the runner up by showing up unexpectedly. He doesn't have that surprise factor here. Novak, with the RG14 notice, has the backup of Plan B which is to take it to 5. Stan only has plan A that too without the stealth factor.

More than that though, the slower clay gives him more time to tee off on his powerful backhand. Less time here so he's not as deadly. Just hope Stan turns up and not Stank 'cos if his pitiful alter ego Stank turns up, the match could be a complete dud.

Thank you, kate! :) I haven't been following tennis closely as much as I used to for some time now due to house moving, kids growing up and work but I kept an eye on these boards though. But my credo is - if you don't watch it, don't comment on it. ;) Great to see you guys still around and doing well. Wonderful! Like a family where one can always come back to. Hope to see the likes of Broken, Britbox, Moxie and many others returning one day too.

Stan in 4. Being a Buddhist is not the only thing common to Tiger and Novak. :snicker That may affect him too if not any particular physical injury. As already said by others, any other player might still roll over to Novak despite his issues. Not this one.

Move away Andy. Time for redefining Big Four.

Not much will save face after how his draw panned out lol. It's laughable how easy this has been for Novak if he wins. On the contrary, if he loses, he should be pretty ashamed and rightly gutted as draws don't get any easier than this, ever.

Was RG more dificult for him to win? I don't think so, never better oportunity, it was the perfect time """"

He at least had to play all his matches there. This has been a joke. Not his fault btw that his opponents are all retiring but still a joke all the same.

All you can do is play when and who's in front of you! We've been more fortunate than past eras when upsets came a lot more frequently; remember McEnroe's '83 Wimbledon final over NZ's, Chris Lewis? At least in this era's upsets, they bear more fruit like Del Po over Federer in '09's USO! Nothing more sorry than Sampras winning multiple majors over Philippoussis, Martin, or Pioline! Nole's never had it that easy; esp. with Stan already having a victory over him on clay last season in Paris! :dodgy: :ras: - - http://fiero4251.blogspot.com/2016/08/fan-page-novak-nole-djokovic.html - -

This isn't about upsets though, they're not even playing lol or playing a few games and quitting. Ridiculous nonsense.

First he said the it was his wrist, later his arm but when he lost the third set he got massage in his shoulder. Ok ok, everything is connected, the wrist, the elbow, the arm, the shoulder and.....the tongue, oh! and also the shirt :snicker

Well if he is playing injured naturally he is having to compensate, so it stands to reason the injury might expand to other areas.

Novak's Path had three full matches (including one weird one), two partial matches and one no match.

1. JJ who is coming after long gap due to injuries
2. A walkover from Jiri Vesely
3. Youzhny lasting 6 games
4. #84 Kyle Edmund
5. Tsonga lasting 2 sets
6. La Monf tank job

I tend to believe Stan is the one player that has the match on his racket against the top guys. Power changes everything. If he is on and can sustain it, he wins.

When No1e is on nobody is in situation to take a set!!

What did Willander say ?

I see Stan played all matches with 6-7 games per set. He played not so good compre to results, and had 138 games. Djoker is at 78 games, thats 60 difference.

In all, Djokjer is rested, i dont think Wawaec can make it thru. Might be easy 3 setter for Djoker.

"Not important if you lose to Novak, as long as next guy beats him."

That is one of his recent stupidity.

Thank you. Last time No1e won 6 1, 6 2 and 6 3 when he was on. When he was off Roger still one 6 4, I think.

Yeah and wait till Novak is 35 lol. :cover And I love how Novak was "off" just 'cos Roger won a set lol but yet you think Roger was just fine the sets he lost so badly. Fanboys lol. Sorry to disappoint you, but even at 35 years of age, Roger does not lose sets that badly to Novak unless he himself is "off".
